18 U.S. Code § 793 - Gathering, transmitting or losing defense information
(f)Whoever, being entrusted with or having lawful possession or control of any document, writing, ... note, or information, relating to the national defense, (1) through gross negligence permits the same to be removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of his trust, or to be lost, stolen, abstracted, or destroyed,...
Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both.

So the FBI thinks a using an unsecured server in a bathroom for several years for classified correspondence is not negligent?

The word "intent" appears nowhere in this section of the code. Negligence is sufficient for a felony charge for each instance of an unsecured classified document.

This whole mess is a national disgrace. I can only hope Republicans keep a solid control of the Congress in November while seating more true Conservatives, removing the danger of impeachment, so that Trump can order Sessions to clean house, empanel grand juries, or fire Sessions if he is unwilling to do his sworn duty to defend the Constitution.
My BP goes up 30 points every time I see or hear that banal, smirking lizard Hillary.
Lock her up! Same goes for the rest of the Uhbama coterie.

I have never seen a more feckless bunch than the weepublican's.
They will roll over on this report just like they do on everything

Hill was never going to be indicted, prosecuted or held accountable
for her emails and the entire DOJ set out to cover it up. uhbama
was one of 13 authorized users authorized for use on the account.
They ALL knew it was being done, that email account was "whitelisted"
by the WHCA for access to and from it. That puts it right at the feet
of uhbama. She will never be held accountable for it.

Oh, and we can forget keeping the House, if Trump decides to sign
this compromise illegal immigration legislation. The #1 thing
that put him in office.
