Jason Chaffetz, chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, tells the Associated Press that Mills gave federal investigators access to her laptop on the condition that findings couldn’t be used against her. Chaffetz says, “No wonder they couldn’t prosecute a case. They were handing out immunity deals like candy.” Two others involved in the technical maintenance of Hillary’s covert e-mail system had already been known to have received immunity: Bryan Pagliano and Paul Combetta. Chaffetz adds Mills to the list and two other figures from the State Department. There’s a reason why David Brock chooses to house an unregistered Professional Solicitor in his office to raise money for his conglomerate of Super PACs and non-profits. Professional Solicitors are required to disclose their active solicitation contracts.  Brock wants his unregistered solicitor, the Bonner Group, to keep their client list hidden for a very specific reason. David Brock is laundering money David Brock has 7 non-profits, 3 Super PACs, one 527-committee, one LLC, one joint fundraising committee, and one unregistered solicitor crammed into his office in Washington DC. Uncovered records expose a constant flow of money between these organizations. The Bonner Group, his professional solicitor, works off a commission.  Every time money gets passed around, Bonner receives a 12.5% cut. Follow the money Nonprofits are required to disclose who they give cash grants to. But they aren’t required to disclose who gave them cash grants. This weak system of one way verification is being abused by Brock.  He’s been cycling money between his organizations for years, and the Bonner Group’s 12.5% commission gets triggered after every pass. In 2014, Media Matters for America raised $10,021,188. The Bonner Group was credited for raising these funds.  Media Matters paid them a $1,147,882 commission. Republicans move to impeach IRS Commissioner Koskinen House conservatives moved on Tuesday to impeach IRS Commissioner John Koskinen over allegations that he misled investigators over the agency's inappropriate targeting of Tea Party groups. The filing of the resolution is the culmination of years of investigation into how and why the IRS applied extra scrutiny of Tea Party groups that filed for tax-exempt status. His impeachment is chiefly favored by members of the House Freedom Caucus, who forced John Boehner into retirement last year, but it has spread beyond the caucus to include House Oversight and Government Reform Committee chairman Jason Chaffetz, R-Utah, and others who believe Koskinen oversaw the destruction of evidence that lawmakers were seeking as they investigated the targeting scandal. A GOP controlled congress was unable to nail  director of the Exempt Organizations Unit Lois Lerner, the "trigger man."  I then have zero expectation that this charade is going anywhere.  I do have an active hope that President Trump's DOJ will put this, and myriad other crimes perped by the Obamunists, under the microscope and send them to the pokey.

This very specifically points to one federal law, U.S. Code Title 18, Part 1, Chapter 101, Section 2071: "(a) Whoever willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, or destroys, or attempts to do so, or with intent to do so takes and carries away any record, proceeding, map, book, paper, document, or other thing, filed or deposited with any clerk or officer of any court of the United States, or in any public office, or with any judicial or public officer of the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both, "(b) Whoever, having the custody of any such record, proceeding, map, book, document, paper, or other thing, willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, falsifies, or destroys the same, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both; and shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States." Yes, it explicitly states, "shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States." If Hillary is allowed to run for an office of any kind, it will show us that the Washington, D.C., establishment is much more corrupt than we thought. Intelligence organizations, including those of Russia, are usually fully focused on seeking security, strategic and economic data. It is hard to see Russian military intelligence, whose resources are stretched, expending  time and manpower on digging out the DMC;s views of Bernie Sanders’ religiosity.     3. Then, too, CrowdStrike’s claim to have cracked the case in two hours is hardly credible. Getting to the bottom of an APT (Advanced Persistent Threat) calls for extra-powerful computers, working in conjunction with the internet service provider (ISP), and consuming weeks, if not months of analysis. 4.  Attributing the hacking attack to the Russians provided US agencies with a convenient reminder that the most notorious leaker of classified US documents, Edward Snowden, still lives safe from prosecution in Russian exile, and that WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange, remains in asylum at the Ecuadorean embassy in Britain. Whether the leaks prove the election was fixed is one thing; that it is perceived that way is beyond doubt. Already Debbie Wasserman Schultz has resigned as DNC Chair. Not enough. Bernie supporters are furious, and are demanding he withdraw his endorsement of Hillary. That’s highly unlikely to happen, which will shut close a possible relief valve. The left wing of the left wing of the Democratic Party is ready to bust a gasket, and go full #NeverHillary and mean it. It will only take a few percent of Democrats to stay home or run to Green Party candidate Jill Stein for Hillary to be damaged in the general election. The media cannot let that happen. So expect several narratives to permeate the convention coverage. The first and easiest narrative of the DNC leak will be that Hillary had nothing to do with the anti-Bernie shenanigans, she didn’t know about it, and she can’t be blamed. But that will not be enough. So the media will have to portray Hillary as the real victim of the DNC leak, just like she’s the victim of her home server scandal and every other scandal that has tainted her career.  “Hillary as victim” is a time tested remedy which has worked so many times in the past. And they say it with anticipation and excitement. How many times do people ask you that?  They ask me that all the time. My answer, by the way, from the get-go has always been, "She's not gonna be indicted.  There's no way it's gonna happen.  You don't understand the Democrat Party and their use of power if you think their presidential nominee is gonna be indicted by an Obama DOJ.  Ain't gonna happen." But they got a lot of people thinking it will, and when she skates, they want you depressed, they want you down in the dumps, they want you giving up, they want you thinking there's no way you can win.  They want you thinking they can get away with everything.  That's the Clinton MO, and we are right smack-dab in the middle of another such play.  Don't doubt me.
