WHY MUELLER DIDN’T INDICT THE RUSSIANS FOR MEDDLING IN THE PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION The Russians obviously violated this statute; they spent millions of dollars to promote the candidacies of Bernie Sanders, Donald Trump and Jill Stein, and to oppose the candidacies of Hillary Clinton, Ted Cruz and Marco Rubio. So why weren’t they charged with the most pertinent crime they committed? Because Christopher Steele arguably violated the same law. He is a foreign national, and he contributed a “thing of value” to the Hillary Clinton campaign, namely the fake dossier. [...] The FEC guidance on contributions by foreign nationals is interesting. There is a “volunteer exception;” i.e., foreign nationals can volunteer their services to a political campaign. But Steele wasn’t a volunteer. I don’t doubt that election lawyers could come up with defenses for Christopher Steele, were he to be charged with violating §30121. But that is a can of worms that Mueller didn’t want to open. Too many people know the facts behind the Steele dossier, and if he had charged the Russians with meddling in the presidential election under §30121, he soon would have faced questions about why he didn’t indict Steele–and Glenn Simpson, Perkins, Coie, Clinton campaign officials, and perhaps Clinton–for the same offense. It was in order to avoid that pitfall, I suspect, that Mueller overlooked the most relevant federal offense that the Russians committed, and instead charged them with a vague “conspiracy to defraud,” along with wire fraud, bank fraud and identity theft. The first charge is entirely discretionary on Mueller’s part, and Steele didn’t commit wire fraud, bank fraud or identity theft. I think that is why Mueller chose not to indict the Russians for meddling in a U.S. presidential election. Full Powerline

Special counsel Robert Mueller said a grand jury had indicted 13 Russian nationals and three Russian entities for alleged interference in the 2016 presidential election.  The defendants allegedly conducted "information warfare" against the United States election process to help Donald Trump win.   The defendants used fake American personas, social media platforms, and other Internet media to advance their scheme (sound like Obama?), according to an indictment. I'm pretty sure any honest history of this era will find that Mueller was part of a communist plot to to fck-up the United States. Even on the face of it, his naming Trump as the intended reicipient of Russian meddling is laughable.   Hillary Clinton Gave 20 Percent of United States' Uranium to Russia for chisake! Or, Bernie Sanders actually is a communist!  Sheesh

OBAMUNISM, The Party, Comey Got Rich Working with Hillary Clinton Isn’t it curious that Barack Obama appointed James Comey to lead the FBI the same year that the investigation into Hillary Clinton’s handling of Benghazi was just getting started? Wouldn’t you like to see a new Special Counsel asking all of these questions? The White House, The CIA, The FBI [...] 1) Why was James Comey allowed to oversee the Clinton investigation given the fact that he is personally wealthy due to his association with the Clinton Foundation and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton? 2) Is it possible that the millions of dollars in James Comey’s personal bank account, due to his private sector work that intersected directly with the Clinton Foundation and former Secretary Clinton, tainted the outcome of the investigation in any way? First off, Comey is not a hard-charging “Republican lawman” as many Members of Congress have referred to him. Comey became an Assistant US Attorney for the Clinton administration in 1996. And get this: At the time, Comey became good friends with Robert Mueller, the current Special Counsel conducting the Russiagate witch hunt against President Trump. Comey and Mueller were described as “rising stars” in the Clinton Justice Department when they were both mentored by (drumroll please…) Eric Holder. Yes, that Eric Holder. Here’s where things start to look really fishy. Comey took a break from working in the Justice Department from 2005 until 2013. So what did he do in that time? Well, he’s a lawyer, so one of the jobs he took during his sabbatical from the DOJ was to serve as the lead counsel for weapons contractor Lockheed Martin. As the main attorney for Lockheed Martin, Comey was no doubt intimately involved in all of the weapons contracts that the company procured through the State Department and the Pentagon. In 2010 — while Comey was working at Lockheed Martin — the company donated $250,000 to the Bill and Hillary Clinton Foundation. Bill Clinton was paid $250,000 to deliver a speech in Egypt that year by the American Chamber of Commerce (Lockheed Martin is a member of the American Chamber of Commerce). Just a few days before that speech, Lockheed received approval for two new weapons contracts from the Clinton-run State Department. In fact, over the course of that entire year, Lockheed Martin won approval for 17 separate weapons contracts that needed approval from the State Department. Lockheed Martin paid James Comey $6 million for his services in 2010. But Comey’s private sector work that rubbed up against the Clinton Foundation didn’t stop there. [THE FULL MONTY] The CIA's been problematic since formed from bones of the O.S.S. after WW2.  The first incidents that  spelled FBI corruption surfaced in Arkansas after Clinton became president.  Today both agencies have been run as a political fiefdoms where corruption is an open secret. And, may I add, a prime argument for protecting Second Amendment rights.

Mueller Literally Handed Uranium to the Russians! We all know that the Russian Collusion investigation is nothing but a game to try and distract the population from actually caring about the day to day running of the country, but the charade has gone too far and some serious questions need to be asked; most especially of Special Counsel Robert Mueller. WikiLeaks has put out a document that details then FBI Director Mueller’s itinerary on his visit to Russia to deliver 10 grams of Enriched Uranium. One more time for those who missed it…Mueller hand delivered Highly Enriched Uranium to the Russian government! The first question is why on earth is nuclear material being given to a government who at the time (September 2009), the US had what can be best described as a “P*$$ Poor relationship”? Was this perhaps the beginning of Hillary Clinton’s grand sale on American Uranium stores? And of course, that leads to the next question of why was the former FBI Director deemed to be the most suitable person to ferry nuclear material across continents? When these kinds of materials are transported, they follow set security procedures and use special agencies who not only have massive security details, but are also trained in contamination and containment procedures (with good reason). The idea that a guy who was essentially the Head Cop of the US, would be a suitable courier is laughable; yet the document states that the handover and Chain of Custody would be directly through Robert Mueller. And then there is the issue of who is presently involved in investigating the American President for potential ties to the Russian Government. Everyone else who had even the briefest of meetings at a party or a political event with a member of the Russian government has removed themselves fearing a conflict of interest, but not Mueller. He is still in place and being held up as a bastion of righteousness and fairness. Some more skeptical folks might suggest that someone who the Russian FSB (formerly the KGB) trusts enough to wander into their lands with some top-grade Uranium, might not be the most trustworthy person to be impartial. [Investment Watchdog continued] It's not just a rule of thumb that anyone  who trucks with the Clintons over any extended period of time is  corrupt; it's  a certainty.
