Beating A DEM WHORE

Thug Culture

SEIU, the Center for American Progress, American Women, Planned Parenthood and other partners have announced today the launch of Fair Shot Action, what they call, “a new effort aimed at engaging voters on issues surrounding women.“

SIEU "Partners"; "issues surrounding women."
Makes baby killing sound oh-so altruistic,  doesn't it?   Lest anyone think Planned Parenthood is in this for any reason other than profit, take a look at what they spend to entice new victims.  And that's a pittance compared to what they spend getting Democrats elected——to serve as guardians of "Abortion Rights." And SEIU?  The Service Employees International Union have, since ACORN was dismantled, become Brock Ebola's primary fixer and enforcement thugs.  Planned Parenthood and SEIU; a marriage made in Hell.

Obama Looses Union Thugs on Food Industry

THUG NATION

Furious fast food workers take to streets for more pay...

'We're a movement now'...

Dozens Arrested At Detroit MCDONALD'S...

On Wednesday morning, SEIU-turned-fast-food-worker spokesman Kendall Fells appeared on Bloomberg Television spouting his SEIU-written rhetoric and making believe that the strikes that are to take place on Thursday in “more than 100″ cities are all part of grassroots uprising for higher wages that started in New York in 2012.
The fact is, Mr. Fells must have ingested too much French-fry grease because he is really full of it.

(United for XXX is what
ACORN is called now  )

In December 2009, the Service Employees International Union concocted a plan to unionize the fast-food industry and shroud their campaign under the veil of a “living wage campaign.”

Use a living wage as a vehicle to excite, build momentum, build worker lists/ID potential leaders and potentially support collective bargaining. We believe that we will have enough traction with an ordinance to use as a legitimate tool for organizing and potentially as legislation to raise standards.

Since 2009, the SEIU has spent tens of millions of dollars devoted to unionizing the fast-food industry.

In effect, what we have here is the Obama Administration spearheading a Union attempt to co-opt America's fast food industry.  It's what they do.

SEIU LOWER THAN WORM SHIT

Thug Culture

SEIU Healthcare Michigan loses 44,000 members after they were no longer forced to unionize. Worse, Service Employees International Union has shrinkage all over.

DADDY, WE NEED SOME GOOD NEWS

The SEIU has (sic) always been all about using dirty tricks and shady lobbying to accomplish their only real goal- to grow at any cost. But what SEIU Healthcare Michigan did to home healthcare workers in their state has to be one of the dirtiest tricks ever used.

SEIU Healthcare Michigan exploited a legal loophole using the Michigan Quality Community Care Council (MCQ3) to force parents and family of sick children into their union. Families who saved the state thousands of dollars a month by taking care of adult children with disabilities had money taken out of their pockets as they were forced to pay dues to the SEIU. Meanwhile, the SEIU racked up nearly $33 Million in forced dues.

It took a court ruling and a statewide ballot initiative for judges and voters to finally put an end to the SEIU’s disgusting practice. Now that the SEIU has been forced to stop unionizing these families, it seems these healthcare workers are no longer interested in the SEIU’s “services”:
More than 44,000 home-based healthcare workers parted ways with SEIU Healthcare Michigan after learning they did not have to join the union or pay dues, according to reports the union filed with the U.S. Department of Labor.

So SEIU Healthcare Michigan is feeling the icy chill of tens of thousands of members leaving their union. Like the George Costanza character in the Seinfeld TV show, the union is experiencing “significant shrinkage”. But unlike Costanza, the shrinkage isn’t just limited to one area… [Read more]

SEIU- A Plague

ThugBama

The article further explains the ties to the SEIU, describing how many of the top organizers of Wisconsin Jobs Now also drew paychecks from the SEIU directly.

But the questionable activity did not end there – Wisconsin Jobs Now organizers have been legally implicated in 40 arrests and multiple investigations

“Wisconsin Jobs Now” is a self-described “community-based, non-profit organization” focused on issues like “economic justice” and “fighting income inequality.” However, when you look into their financial statements, it becomes immediately clear that they are little more than an arm of SEIU Healthcare Wisconsin and SEIU International, from whom they received over $100,000 in 2012.

The “nonpartisan” Wisconsin Jobs Now, funded nearly entirely by SEIU Healthcare, is an Obamacare certified application counselor with a history of lawbreaking.
Their partisanship was clearly on display in 2012, where they were at the forefront of the Wisconsin State Senate recall elections:
“The group Wisconsin Jobs Now! gained notoriety last year when it was caught handing out barbecue chicken dinners to voters in conjunction with free rides to the polls in last summer’s Wisconsin state senate recall elections. That activity landed them an investigation by prosecutors. This year the group, which bills itself as a “non-partisan organization” on its website, is leading early voting efforts in Milwaukee that predominantly benefit the Democratic candidates for governor and lieutenant governor.”

The article further explains the ties to the SEIU, describing how many of the top organizers of Wisconsin Jobs Now also drew paychecks from the SEIU directly.
But the questionable activity did not end there – Wisconsin Jobs Now organizers have been legally implicated in 40 arrests and multiple investigations:
“Police cited Zellner and 16 others for harassing and disrupting a political fundraiser held by a Republican state official in January of 2012. In addition to Zellner, at least three of those cited worked for Wisconsin Jobs Now. They were Matthew S. Finnell, who still blogs and writes for the organization, Nicholas A. Janis, and the previously investigated Stoner.

“An early participate in the Occupy Wall Street movement, Wisconsin Jobs Now has hosted sit-ins at district offices of Republican members of Congress and recruited people to disrupt an in-district speaking engagement of Congressman Paul Ryan. The result was 19 people arrested for disturbing the peace at the office of Senator Ron Johnson, and three people arrested during the Ryan speech.”

And now, the group responsible for so many broken laws and arrests is certified to promote Obamacare in Wisconsin. Despite the fact that they have zero experience with healthcare, they will be responsible to “help people understand, apply, and enroll for health coverage through the Marketplace.”

If their previous experience is any indication, you can expect to see more questionable activity. Particularly given the fact that as of October 2013, “less than 50” people had signed up for Obamacare in the whole state of Wisconsin. Given their history, it wouldn’t be surprising if even that number was manipulated as well.

Danial Martin Gray - Hero

Res Ipsa Loquitor

I recently WON MY FREEDOM from SEIU.

FORCED to PAY for their "Progressive" POLITICS, I SUED them in Federal Court, and with the EXCELLENT assistance of the National Right to Work Foundation, BEAT THEM!

They CAVED. They SETTLED.

They let me RESIGN my membership, and PAID BACK all the dues.

NOW I am waiting for their "Hudson" notice. They must provide me with an independent AUDIT of expenditures, to PROVE that what I will pay NEXT year is NO MORE than is required for Contract negotiation and maintenance.

OR I SUE AGAIN. And THIS TIME, NO SETTLEMENT...

I found this comment last week while perusing the story about the  failed union (Obama Administration) orchestrated Wal-Mart—Black Friday protest.  This guy is a hero, and there are millions more like him out there. They (we) just have to become proactive again.  (See Tea Party 2010).

UNION NEWS

Did the SEIU outline Obamacare? Yes.

Book: Obamacare law designed to unionize 21 million health care workers

In ”Shadowbosses: Government Unions Control America and Rob Taxpayers Blind,” Mallory Factor describes a December 9, 2008 memo from Service Employees International Union (SEIU) Healthcare president Dennis Rivera to the Obama-Biden transition team.

That memo outlined a legislative proposal calling for “increasing the capacity of the health care workforce” as part of a larger health care reform initiative.
The SEIU and the Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME), Factor writes, later coordinated with other public-sector unions to spend “literally hundreds of millions of dollars promoting Obamacare.”

A booklet published by SEIU during the 2008 election season called for “building a new American health care system,” in part by “organizing workers.” The publication argued for outcomes nearly identical to those later adopted in the Obamacare legislation

How does it work?  Simple.   The number of health care workers receiving payment for their services through government programs will skyrocket, effectively making them government employees in the eyes of the beholder..

“The government employee unions can then enlist pro-union state governments to treat these health care workers as ‘government employees and unionize them just like they unionized the care providers” themselves.

“For every million additional health care workers unionized in the 27 non-right-to-work states the unions stand to earn $1 billion in dues.” [Full]

1000 Snipers ...

Here's Why Russia Wants To Train A Thousand Snipers

So why the rush? Liz Fuller at RFE/RL hypothesizes that the snipers are being trained for some kind of close-quarters, urban-warfare type situations — which could definitely mass demonstrations or an Arab Spring-type action.

Which leads us to wonder what exactly Russia are expecting...

Read more:

Crack Russian Army
Crack Russian army soldier on maneuvers.
I speed  read "... is hoping to train 1,000 snipers in the next few months.,"  and quite honestly thought it referred to Obama and the SEIU for a second.  Whew.

Of the 16 states that comprised the erstwhile Soviet Union, Muslims were in majority in eight of them. Of those, radical  Chechnya is now Russia's "Iran,"  and hostilities betwixt the two have been ongoing since the breakup. The Russian army is a mess, relatively untrained, undisciplined, and drunk (it seems). So there's that worry, but nuking threats like Chechnya would be more in keeping with a Putinized Russian army, not sniping.

Russia of course is also vulnerable to to a coming world depression.  Economic turmoil  is nourishment to  (O Irony) communist revolutionaries.  Speaking of which, because of our Second Amendment, the American government can count on, oh, let's say 30 million sharpshooting snipers-in-waiting to protect it against communist style urban upheaval.   A desired quality of the sniper is patience—  the ability to lay for hours without moving.   I  (with my Vietnam era brothers)  am well practiced in the art. Caesar Pays His Army

Gehaltserhöhungen? In dieser Wirtschaft? Sie können nicht Ihr Ernst sein, oder?

When we read recent reports that many Clark County government workers were receiving salary increases, we had one thought: Seriously?

Yes, seriously.

As the Las Vegas Sun’s Joe Schoenmann has reported, Clark County has been working with unions representing its employees to try to whittle down costs and has received concessions from several unions over the past few years. However, many county employees have still seen their wages increase over the past three years. (You can find coverage here.)

SEIUSTAPO
Caesar Pays His Army First

For example, county officials said members of the Service International Employees Union received average wage increases of 12.6 percent over that time. ... Yet, the SEIU is asking for cost-of-living and merit raises over the next two fiscal years, according to the county. It is also trying to hold on to longevity pay for new employees. The county wants to freeze salary increases for a year and cut longevity pay, which is antiquated and costly, for new employees.

SEIUrsly

Forcing non-members to pay for unions’ political advocacy

Early next year the Supreme Court will hear Knox v. SEIU Local 1000, an important case about union power and individual conscience. The Cato Institute has joined several other organizations in filing an amicus brief (PDF), as my colleague Ilya Shapiro explains here (snippage below)

In 2005, the SEIU initiated a mid-year campaign against two California ballot measures, one that would cap state spending and another that would restrict the use of union dues for political purposes. In states such as California that do not have “right to work” laws, unions are allowed to take dues from non-union workers to finance collective-bargaining activities that, arguably, benefit all employees.  Since 1977, however, unions have not been allowed to take dues from non-union members to pay for pure political advocacy without adequate protections for possible dissenters.

To distinguish political money from collective-bargaining money, the Supreme Court requires that a “Hudson notice” be given to all non-union workers. This notice gives non-members the opportunity to challenge political expenditures. But when the SEIU began garnishing 25-33% more wages to fight the California ballot initiatives, it issued no new Hudson notice, effectively forcing 28,000 non-member employees to finance its political speech.

Obama’s 2012 Campaign Strategy — Incite Civil Unrest

Obama Team to Incite Race Riots; Use White Guilt in 2012 Election
Since riots and uprisings are now en vogue the world over and with signs that they will soon reach the shores of America, would it be that much of a stretch to suggest President Obama’s election campaign would be willing to incite race riots in the hopes of guilting white Americans into casting a vote for a President who is progressively losing popularity and support at an ever accelerating rate?

The SEIU's Thug Handbook

Labor’s Obama's new strategy: Intimidation for dummies
Pressure manual advocates bullying of employers and their families
SEIU is in federal court defending itself against charges of racketeering and extortion filed by one of its unionizing targets, the catering company Sodexo Inc.Sodexo's court discovery recently revealed an SEIU “Contract Campaign Manual” on “Pressuring the Employer.”
-

  • .... details how “outside pressure can involve jeopardizing relationships between the employer and lenders, investors, stockholders, customers, clients, patients, tenants, politicians, or others on whom the employer depends for funds.”
  •  The union advises using legal and regulatory pressure to “threaten the employer with costly action by government agencies or the courts.”
  • SEIU recommends going after company officials personally. Not mincing words, SEIU states, “It may be a violation of blackmail and extortion laws to threaten management officials with release of ‘dirt’ about them if they don’t settle a contract. But there is no law against union members who are angry at their employer deciding to uncover and publicize factual information about individual managers.”
  • In some areas, the manual blatantly advises breaking the law, stating, “Union members sometimes must act in the tradition of Dr. Martin Luther King and Mohatma [sic] Gandhi and disobey laws which are used to enforce injustice against working people.”
Putting this into practice, in May SEIU drove 14 busloads of protesters to the quiet suburban home of Bank of America’s deputy general counsel, Greg Baer. Fortune magazine’s Washington bureau chief, Nina Easton, Mr. Baer’s neighbor, reported on the “hordes of invaders” shouting into bullhorns and waving signs. Ms. Easton wrote that “a more apt description of this assemblage would be ‘mob.’ Intimidation was the whole point of this exercise.”

Only Mr. Baer’s teenage son was home. Terrified, he locked himself in the bathroom, pleading with Ms. Easton, “When are they going to leave?”

SEIU VOTER FRAUD

6,000 Bogus SIEU Voters Stricken

When a new voter registers in Colorado, the secretary of state mails a nonforwardable notice of disposition that the voter’s registration has been received. If the notice comes back undeliverable in the mail, then clerks deem the voter’s registration inactive within 20 days. [Denver Post]
Guess What?

Remember Maurice Schwenkler?  SEIU Friend and Outstanding Citizen (Under Obama's Alinsky Rules)

Who smashed 11 windows at the downtown Denver Dem HQ in an effort to discredit anti-Obamacare groups?
Colorado, it appears, has an army of SIEU thugs just like him, working their fraud.

A federal judge declined to force the secretary of state to reactivate approximately 6,000 new voters whose registrations were canceled under Colorado's 20-day rule.

In a decision issued Monday, Senior U.S. District Judge John L. Kane (Carter)  denied a motion for a preliminary injunction that was requested by several labor and voting-rights groups.
Voting-Rights Groups?

The motion for the preliminary injunction is one of several federal challenges regarding purged voters filed against the secretary of state by Common Cause of Colorado, *Mi Familia Vota Education Fund and the Service Employees International Union (SEIU - Barack Obama's official union thug organization).

*MFVEF works in conjunction with the NALEO Education Fund, the National Council of La Raza, the Service Employees International Union
One gets the impression that Colorado's law is unique; that not every state has this simple 30 day safeguard in place. Amazing.  If you register with the dailycrap.com, for chrissake, you have to return the e-mail notification  before it's activated. Damn!  SEIU is  a RICO case ready to happen.
