Someone doesn’t give a max donation one year, say 2012. The difference between what they gave and the maximum is recorded as “debt.” So this guy “owes” them $2,500. He gives 33,400 but they take out $2,500 to apply to the “debt” and retroactively add it to a year he didn’t max out. This frees him up for another 2,500 in the current year. Depending on how corrupt they are, they could be free to collect all the “debt” from multiple previous years. This could be tens of millions of dollars they have effectively raised their total maximum fund raising by for this election. Someone who is in “debt” for not donating for the past 3 years could get in 4 times the maximum donation for this year, the very important election year. We can assume many Democrats maxed out for the 2012 election, but they would have “debt” from the less important years they may not have given as much that could be taken advantage of now. My conversion from WIN 8 went swimmingly,  and I quite like WIN 10.  MoSup's conversion from WIN 7 was another matter.  After hours 2 days of continual effort, we got the Blue message.  Not only that, but when tracking an error code on the web I was suckered into a Microsoft clone that installed itself on her computer.  That took hours to undo.  The end shot is that last night I said fk-it it and bought her a new laptop.  How prescient that.  This morning when I booted her  up,  the screen was all jiggly. The message "Windows has stopped working.  Please reboot."  When I rebooted the thing said it had to do a disk check.  That's the last thing the old girl ever said.  DEAD as a door nail, thank you very much. So there's that.  Since yesterday was, supposedly, the last day to get the free 10, this will be of no use to anyone.  After 25years of of using Windows, I know when I'm beat.

This was followed by extensive investigations by both a grand jury and a Department of Justice led by the most racist, anti-police attorney general we've ever had, Eric Holder. But even Holder's Justice Department had to concede the whole "hands up don't shoot" story was a bald-faced lie. Officer Wilson was completely cleared in the shooting of Mike Brown. As the investigations proved, Big Mike had violently assaulted Wilson, grabbed for his gun, and was charging the officer when Wilson shot and killed this raging behemoth. However half-heartedly, Hillary claims to oppose cop-killing, so why is she using her convention to promote the biggest lie in the pantheon of anti-cop lies, and to celebrate a man whose most famous act was to violently assault a police officer? Because of the despicable lies put out by BLM agitators, Wilson had to give up his career, move his family and will be forced to live in fear for the rest of his life. The town of Ferguson was destroyed, businesses burned to the ground, police officers attacked, people injured, the National Guard called in, and massive taxpayer money expended to contain the riots. But at the Democratic Convention, Lezley McSpadden (mother of Mike Brown) was wildly cheered. [FULL COULTER] A few days ago CNN’s Jake Tapper warned  Dems that they appeared politically tone deaf in their mockery of Donald Trump.
