 Sen. Kerry's statement this morning, that ''53% of America's children do not graduate from high school," is so ludicrous I have to wonder if it's a hoax? He was neck-and-neck with Al Gore in the 'Dumbest Bastard Ever' contest, but it's over. Kerry wins the Carter Cup. |

He said 53% DO NOT Graduate ... even using the Latino number, he's way off (and he did not stipulate Latinos). Look, during the 2004 campaign we found out that Bush had a higher IQ than Kerry, and still with the "Dumb Bush" stuff. Kerry is scary. -
