Hydrogen Fuel

Why We'll Win
These things tend to be exaggerated, but there are so many developments in the search for new fuel sources that a real  breakthrough is inevitable.  This may be it.  If you have not previously seen a demonstration of water fuel, I assure you it will leave you slack jawed.  Even though a more rational estimate of available oil reserves - available at current growth rates - is maybe 500 years, the Chicken Littles will have their day, as has always been the case, but that's how things get done.  When Americans need something, they make it.  There are huge geopolitical ramifications that go with making fossil fuels the next whale oil, not the least of which is  the Middle East's influence.  What other purpose does the region serve than oil?  Oh, that's right, Islam.   You might say they will instantly become highly flammable. Poof.

Unfreaking believable. But think of the societal dislocations. Would our economy survive? Women, children and minorities most affected, etc., etc. Bwaa-ha-ha. Eat my shorts you Saudi pricks, Allah's will and all that.

The only question I would have is what is it's net efficiency? If you ran a generator on the stuff and used the power from the generator to make more out of water, would you get more gas than you used?

'Cause otherwise, the electricity to make it has to come from somewhere else... usually a coal or oil burning power plant.
