Canadian waits in California hospital for a bed to open up back home

VANCOUVER (NEWS1130) - A Surrey woman's holiday in California has turned into a healthcare nightmare. The 68-year old needed emergency surgery after her appendix burst, but now she can't come home due to a lack of hospital beds.

Stephen Harris with the South Fraser Health Region says  ...  as soon as a bed becomes available, Meeks will be transferred to a local hospital. Arlene's daughter Kim says her mom is 'frustrated as hell', and she just wants to come home.

A million stories like this - that's about the number we've seen since the '93 Hillary Care days - will not deter American health Nazis from their mission to impose paradise on us, so we'll have to throw them down an abandoned well.

But then the enviro-weenies will be fussing because of the water supply being contaminated.

What TFV said. We might need the wells again someday, and we can appease Gaia by recycling the quarters into fertilizer.
