T'would be even cheaper than the original pictured... to depict our politicians, we'd only need to buy the back half.

That's "Le Centaure" done by Cesar Baldaccini in 1983 in homage to Picasso. It sits at one end of the Rue du Cherche-Midi in Paris. Picasso is the Antichrist so it makes sense to do a statue of him blowing stuff out of his arse.
