Anonymous said...: SSgt Wuterich's defamation lawsuit reached the discovery stage last Fall. He is the lone Marine yet to be tried at court martial. The charges against him have been reduced to manslaughter, and a date for the court martial has yet to be set. Both of his Marine defense counsels are due to retire soon.

NCIS handed the Marines a steaming pile of shit for a case, and the court martial results have proved it. Then they leaked it all over DC, and Murtha ran with it. Heads should roll at NCIS. Among those who matter, Murtha is now infamous. There is a certain amount of justice in that, but we'd like a little more.
