That's an early photo of Ted Kennedy. Yesterday I darned near threw my tv out the window during that fawning tribute to him. What a load!

The truly priceless moment was when Caroline saluted Uncle Ted as the guiding moral force to her children. It was a real jaw-dropper, but the folks at ABC News spoke not a word.

I thought it was ironic he said, "We are tied to the ocean. And when we go back to the sea, whether it is to sail or to watch it we are going back from whence we came."
I'm sure he had Mary Jo Kopechne on his mind when he said those words. -
