De facto admission: Obama presidency not Legal?

Soldier refuses order to Afghanistan, says Obama illegal president Army evidently agrees, rescinds order

Yesterday I suggested a parallel between U.S. Army Maj. Stefan Frederick Cook, and  Tennessee school teacher John Scopes, without 'splaining.  In 1925 the ACLU made an offer in the Chattanooga Daily Times to finance a test case challenging the Butler Act, which prohibited teaching evolution in any Tennessee school receiving public educational funding from state government. John Scopes, a math teacher, agreed to be arrested for violating Butler, and thus began the "Scopes Monkey Trial."  Maj. Stefan Cook refused deployment to Afghanistan on the basis that the order was illegal, claiming  Commander-in Chief Barack Obama was never eligible to be president because he wasn’t born in the United States. That necessarily would lead to what might be called "The Cook Monkey Trial." (having nothing whatever to do with race you e-mail morons).  YES!  The trial would have placed Obama's status as a citizen under a microscope.  But guess what?  Yesterday the DOA, rather than confront the issue, caved.  “ DEPARTMENT OF THE ARMY U.S. ARMY HUMAN RESOURCES COMMAND 1 RESERVE WAY ST. ACTION: REVOKE ” If there is another inference to be drawn, other than the defacto admission that we have an illegal president, speak up. Charles? Here's Cook's lawyer Orly Taitz.  “ What does it mean? It’s proof that we have a totally illegitimate commander in chief and they will cave in each and every situation. It means that from now on any member of the military, who doesn’t like any order, needs to call Dr. Taitz, ESQ and state that he doesn’t want to follow the order, a legal action  will  be initiated based on Obama’s illegitimacy in office and the military will cave in. It means that for the sake of covering up for Obama and fraud perpetrated, top brass of the US military is willing to undermine integrity of the military. This has to stop. ” It goes further than that.  It appears that folks, as Obama is wont to say,  folks can ignore any legislation signed into law by Obama using the same argument.  The head of every US agency, including the IRS, is now illegitimate, and without standing to enforce squat.  This could be delicious.  And if congress doesn't act quickly to remove him, lead to anarchy.
