No right to run?

What?

David Harsanyi writing in the Denver Post, Nov. 18:

These days, where you fall on the crucial issue of Sarah Palin tells the rest of us all we need to know about your character. You’re either a:

A) Scum-sucking, terror-loving elitist, or a

B) Radical, tea-bag-loving simpleton.

Yet, believe it or not, one can (as I do) admire Palin’s charisma and roots, appreciate her dissent on the policy experiments brainy folks in Washington are cooking up and at the same time believe she has no business running for president in 2012.

In fact, all you haters out there force me to root for her.

There’s nothing wrong, for instance, with The Associated Press assigning a crack team of investigative journalists to sift through every word of Palin’s book, “Going Rogue” (HarperCollins, November 2009) for inaccuracies. You only wish similarly methodical muckraking was applied to President Barack Obama’s two self-aggrandizing tomes—or even the health care or cap and trade bills, for that matter.

Printed in The Wall Street Journal, page A27

This was a WSJ 'Notable Quotable' yesterday. I don't get it?  Why would Mr. Harsanyi suggest "she has no business running for president in 2012?"  No business?   Why?  Because she's not a natural born citizen?  Not yet 35 years of age?   That calls for an explanation Lucy; one which I'll warrant you'll rupture yourself giving.  She'll run if she has enough support, and she'll win if she gets enough votes.  With no help from ACORN or SEIU.

I'm pretty sure that tea-bagging is a favorite sexual position of Bill Clinton.

Speaking of perverted socialists, Does BO bend so low in order to prove that he is nothing more than a MFCS or is it, perhaps, Monica Envy?

"she has no business running for president in 2012?"

[/sarcasm on]
Of course she doesn't. All potential candidates must be vetted by the lame stream media for "suitability". Everyone knows that! How dare an "ordinary citizen" run--especially one from a state like Alaska.
[/sarcasm off]

The thing I love most about Palin is that the very mention of her name instantly reduces liberals to inarticulate, spluttering apoplexy, and an inarticulate liberal is the second best kind of liberal. It works even better than mentioning Ann Coulter.
