I doubt Romney would even consider Bolton. Romney is a flip flopping politically correct guided insider. Bolton is a no nonsense individual who takes issues head on and sticks by his beliefs and stands. Bolton would vastly overshadow Romney and Romney fears that.

If Romney chooses Rubio, it will show him to be nothing but a panderer, or as Michael Dukakis would have called him, a Pander Bear.
Rubio has already shown his colors as an amnesty-supporter, and a "Hispanic" first and foremost, and being American is far down the list. -
