PROOF of DEM VOTER FRAUD

The Detroit News
December 6, 2016

One-third of precincts in Wayne County could be disqualified from an unprecedented statewide recount of presidential election results because of problems with ballots.

Michigan’s largest county voted overwhelmingly for Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton, but officials couldn’t reconcile vote totals for 610 of 1,680 precincts during a countywide canvass of vote results late last month.

Most of those are in heavily Democratic Detroit, where the number of ballots in precinct poll books did not match those of voting machine printout reports in 59 percent of precincts, 392 of 662.

According to state law, precincts whose poll books don’t match with ballots can’t be recounted. If that happens, original election results stand.

“It’s not good,” conceded Daniel Baxter, elections director for the city of Detroit.

He blamed the discrepancies on the city’s decade-old voting machines, saying 87 optical scanners broke on Election Day. Many jammed when voters fed ballots into scanners, which can result in erroneous vote counts if ballots are inserted multiple times. Poll workers are supposed to adjust counters to reflect a single vote but in many cases failed to do so, causing the discrepancies, Baxter said.

Even so, Baxter said it’s unlikely all 392 of the city’s precincts with mismatched numbers will be disqualified from a recount. The city is in contact with elections officials at the state of Michigan and Baxter predicted the numbers will match when the ballot boxes are re-opened for the recount, which starts Tuesday in Wayne County at Cobo Center.

“It’s a challenge, but we’re confident the ballots will match,” Baxter said. “I don’t think it’s going to be 100 percent, but it never is with a recount.” Dan in Ohio

County reports obtained by The Detroit News, though, indicate canvassers were provided no explanation for why the numbers didn’t add up in those precincts. They certified the results of the election anyway...... Etc., Etc., Etc. You get the idea. Go to the link to read it all if you wish.

And - A related story about stopping the Michigan recount

[...] Jill Stein, of course, does not expect to change the results of the election. She launched her laughable recount effort in a vainglorious attempt to raise money. As Conservative Review’s Rob Eno explained: “Stein did this to increase her donor file. Many politicians ‘buy’ their donor files from their campaigns. It is a valuable source of income for the candidate. In a report on Ben Carson’s donor list an expert told NBC News that each email address of an active donor is worth $5-$6 on the open rental market over a three year period. Stein is looking to cash in.”

Should Lisa Lyons’ bill pass in Michigan, it would be retroactive to Jan. 1, 2016, forcing Jill Stein to pay for her own demands. It would justifiably save the state’s taxpayers millions, and stick it to the Green Party con artist.
ASIDE: Sorry this is so late. Ron sent it yesterday, but I am in the throes of the worst wintertime cold that even my wife tole me that any other man would be crying in delirium for his mommy to make him some creamed peas on toast.  Don't be concerned, I am a survivor.  Thank you.

PS.  It would not surprise if recounts in Nevada and Colorado would give Trump those states as well.

Exposing Landrieu

  The Bitter End

Mary Landrieu’s last stand.
Simulated Boob

Louisiana’s Mary Landrieu is flailing in the political current. The three-term Democratic senator is a Hubert Humphrey liberal masked as a John Breaux left-centrist, submerged in a national party that’s now left of George McGovern, in a state where political winds are blowing starboard.

And she’s anchored by weight of her own choosing. Landrieu didn’t have to ignore opinion polls and vote for Obamacare, but she did. She didn’t have to vote for radical Obama nominees like Debo Adegbile, pro bono legal advocate for cop killer Mumia Abu-Jamal, but she did. It was her own choice to vote against repealing the medical device tax and to vote increasingly pro-abortion in a pro-life state. She started her Senate career somewhat left of her Louisiana mentors Breaux and Bennett Johnston, and moved even further left. Breaux’s lifetime American Conservative Union rating was 45, Johnston’s 41; Landrieu’s is 20.

This is a real concern: Sportsmen are seen as a largely Republican constituency, and the runoff takes place on Louisiana’s last duck-hunting weekend and the first day of deer hunting. Cassidy’s campaign must keep hunters from assuming they don’t need to vote because his victory is “in the bag.”
It’s no wonder Landrieu is all but written off for reelection. No candidate won a majority in Louisiana’s nonpartisan primary held Election Day, so the two top candidates face a runoff December 6. Polls show Republican Bill Cassidy, a doctor and three-term congressman, with a double-digit lead.

But Landrieu still fights—hard. Even on Election Day, addressing a media scrum after casting her own vote, she ripped into Cassidy: for his votes on disaster relief, for refusing to debate enough, for opposing “equal pay.” Despite a relentlessly negative campaign—which has drawn copious criticism from local and national press—the Landrieu effort maintains an energy that, in the Louisiana political tradition, has an appealingly entertaining vibe. That energy emanates from Landrieu herself, who for 35 years of public life has tried to outwork everybody around her. Now, stitching together a biracial conglomeration of mini-coalitions in every working-class small town, her campaign might be the nation’s last of its kind: old-style Southern populism, with a dusting of Cajun spice. [Full]

I like Quin Hillyer's ability to spin a good yarn while cutting  to the bone of things, so its not mere schadenfreude that leads me to recommend The Bitter End . There is a little schadenfreude though. In 1996, despite trailing in all the polls she defeated  "Woody" Jenkins for her Senate seat.  The "radical magazine" Reader's Digest covered it in "They're Stealing the Election."   I also remember Loretta Sánchez taking Bob Dornan's seat that year, in an election rife with "undocumented" votes.  A precursor of things to come.

Closing in on Voter ID (Right)

You would not know it if you read only the New York Times or watched only MSNBC, but the Left and President Obama are losing their fight to block the widespread introduction of voter ID cards. In courts of law and the court of public opinion, the issue is gaining traction. With few exceptions, liberal pressure groups have lost lawsuits in state after state, with courts tossing out their faux claims that ID laws are discriminatory, unconstitutional or suppress minority voting.
... over incumbent Republican Sen. Norm Coleman. A watchdog group matched criminal records with the voting rolls and discovered that 1,099 felons had cast ballots illegally. A local TV news reporter found that nine of the 10 felons he interviewed had voted for Franken. State law allows prosecutions only of those who admit knowingly committing voter fraud, and 177 were convicted. Franken’s victory margin was just 312 votes. It gave Democrats their 60th Senate seat, creating the filibuster-proof majority that helped make Obamacare law.
...

There is sharp disagreement over how many people lack proper identification. Former Ohio Secretary of State Ken Blackwell, who is himself black, pointed out in the Wall Street Journal that “one of the most often-cited factoids — something that sounds authoritative but is not fact-based — is the NAACP’s claim that 25 percent of black American adults lack a government-issued photo ID. Think about that for a moment. This would mean that millions of African-American men and women are unable to legally drive, cash a check, board an airliner or participate in everyday activities of modern life.” Hyperbole of this sort perpetuates the patronizing view that minorities are helpless victims. Liberals say Blackwell doesn’t understand how high the barriers are for some people who lack ID. But if he were really wrong, it is difficult to see why so few voters apply for a free ID in states with such requirements. [Full]

I am quite unable to forgive the Franken Fraud.  Without that, there would be no Obamacare.  There would be nothing the regime have hoisted upon us that could not be undone.  While it's possible (but improbable) that Franken was not a knowing party to the fraud, there is no question about Obama Democrat guilt.  Left to me, some harsh punishment is meted out to the lot.  Very harsh.

POT & KETTLE

Update: Rep. Michael Grimm (R NY) to be indicted after long investigation

I don't care what he's accused of, or even if he's guilty.  The timing here is just too-too cute.

In the run-up to the 2006 elections, when Dems retook the House by charging that the GOP was the Party of Corruption, Tom Delay was indicted (it took three different Grand Juries), and in October Federal agents raided the homes of Rep. Curt Weldon's (R PA) daughter,  and one of his closest political supporters in an investigation into whether the veteran Republican congressman (he lost his seat) used his influence to benefit himself and his daughter's lobbying firm.  They won.  Pelosi was made Speaker.  You know the rest.  It's what they do.

Do I have to recount the depth of D-Party corruption; or its members who have failed to be indicted by the Obama DOJ?  Including the Attorney General? Fkm.

Melowese Richardson

Why did Democrats applaud the loathsome community organizer Melowese Richardson, a freshly released, unrepentant voter fraud felon, at a recent "voting rights" rally in Ohio?

Because, like Richardson, they believe they are entitled to vote more than once against a system they see as unjust.  Some serial voters do what they do in order to exact revenge against a society they feel did them or their ancestors wrong.  Richardson is far from alone.  Double-voting is distressingly common.

Many leftists have contempt for the electoral process because they don’t believe in the electoral system as it is constituted in capitalist America.  To them, elections are already a fraud – an instrument of the rich, or as Saul Alinsky prefers to call them, the Haves.  If the electoral system doesn’t serve “the people,” but is only an instrument of the Haves, then election fraud is justified as the path to a future that will serve the Have-Nots, as David Horowitz has explained.

This belief helps Democrats and the rest of the left rationalize their habitual efforts to suppress and cancel out lawfully cast votes.  It helps to explain the strenuous efforts of leftists like former Congressman Jesse Jackson, Jr. (D-Ill.), now federal prisoner number 32451-016, to assure the public that voter registration fraud is no big deal and that fraudulent registrations almost never turn into fraudulent votes.

In the past, Ku Klux Klansmen and other Democratic Party operatives accomplished the same results by using the threat of violence to prevent votes from being cast. Nowadays the Democratic Party outsources its voter fraud business to community organizers like Richardson.
This is why liberal fascists inside and outside government routinely excuse electoral fraud – in all its manifestations – arguing in the face of overwhelming evidence to the contrary that such fraud is merely a Republican invention created to keep minorities and the poor down.

This is why these enemies of democracy tried with fanatical zeal to silence the heroic Catherine Engelbrecht and her good government group True the Vote.

This is why grandstanding Congressman Elijah Cummings (D-Md.) – as we just learned – apparently conspired with former IRS mandarin Lois Lerner to sabotage Engelbrecht's organization, which is America's leading grassroots electoral integrity group.

This is why the 58-year-old Richardson bragged about voting twice for President Obama in 2012.  The well-spoken, seemingly intelligent poll worker clearly knew what she was doing.  She didn't think it was wrong.  Oh, there is way more

This is obviously not a sustainable model for a free nation. Do any of you see a way of correcting things?  In light of the fact that the current administration and D.O.J. condone and promote it?  Srsly.  Keep an eye on Nevada (Out-of-state groups ride in to stand with Nevada rancher in ...)

Ratbastards Voting

——You Bastards

States rights were dealt another serious blow on Tuesday when a bureaucratic agency, The Election Assistance Commission, voted against state requirements for proof of citizenship as a component of their voter registration process.

Two states which required verification by the registrant of their United States citizenship as part of that process, Arizona and Kansas, were just denied the ability to do so by the EAC. While the registrants must swear that they are legally permitted to vote, the rules oddly don’t permit a state to require proof.
The National Voter Registration Act of 1993 (NVRA), also known as “Motor Voter” created a standardized national system for voter registration. Under that Act there are three methods for registration in federal elections  must be the same nationwide. They are either in personwhich, in conjunction with obtaining a driver’s license, or by mail.

In 2002, The Election Assistance Commission (EAC) was created for the purpose of producing regulations and specifying a uniform registration form. That form, known as the “Federal Form” was supposedly created as a means to standardize the registration process across state lines. [Full]

This was a Clinton deal.  Even half-witted observers (¼ wits and lower only drooled) recognized what this was about at the time.  Making it easier for Democrats to get elected.  In 2000 Vice President Al Gore added whipped cream by ordering that 2 million aliens be sworn into citizenship; requirements be damned, prior to the 2000 election that he was nevertheless thwarted from stealing.   Since then, and off the top of my head, there have been approx 7 instances where Democrats won  U.S. Senate seats under very suspicious circimstanes (i.e.,  where the polls had them losing).  Blah-bllah-blah. That's what I see anyway.

Suing the Democrats Hucksters

In All Fairness
Res Ipsa Loquitor
  B

Number One on my long list of GOP grievous offenses, fiduciary irresponsibilities, and  feasances both mis and mal,  and utter betrayal of their flock,  is this. Their  failure to file federal lawsuits against Hollywood, ABC, NBC, & CBS, & Oprah Winfrey, et al, for damages.  With the Democratic Party listed as a respondent by the petitioner.

The Case

It is manifestly provable, and proved,  that the plaintiffs have, over the past seven years (statute of limitations) contributed an estimated 783 Billion dollars in unreported in kind campaign contributions to the DNC, DNCC, DNSC, and Obama-Biden Campaigns.  Their actions have foisted falsehoods as truth upon the public, that are no  less damaging than Hyundai and Kia overstating the horsepower in some of their vehicles (which settlement was estimated to be between $75 million and $125 million).

In many cases this unholy cabal used their publicly licensed venues to defame and destroy reputations (e.g., Tina Fays libelous attacks on Sarah Palin)

This  lawsuit (jury trial) can have but one of  four outcomes.
  1. The plaintiffs are guilty, and forced into bankruptcy by the award of compensatory damages in the amount of 783 Billion dollars, and punitive damages of One Trillion dollars.
  2. The plaintiffs are found guilty, but fined a smaller sum.
  3. The plaintiffs are guilty without the assessment of damages.
  4. The plaintiffs are found innocent by a jury.
Even in the worst case, acquittal,. the public will have seen and heard documented, in full sunshine, just how these popinjay leftist mofos  have used their office and positions  to sell dog crap as beauty soap.

That the GOP have been so stupid, and lax not to have rung the alarm is unforgivable.  I am brought to this point by todays news GOP UNCORKS STUNNING STRATEGY FOR PREZ RACE.

The Republican Party is reportedly threatening to ban its White House candidates from televised debates if networks go ahead with plans to air movies celebrating the life of former first lady Hillary Clinton.

Breitbart.com reports that Republican National Committee Chair Reince Priebus sent stinging letters Monday to NBC and CNN, spelling out the threat.

“The RNC sees the odd programing move as an in-kind contribution to Clinton’s presumed campaign for President in 2016,” said reporter Mike Flynn. “As a result, the party will formally bar Republicans from partnering with the networks on any primary or presidential debates in 2016.”

Past performances by thr GOP,  like caving when the Democrats refused to allow FOX News to host any debates, means I'll believe it when I see it.  And, even then I'll expect  future revelations of back-room deals and tit-for-tats in the Democrat's favor. .

Fraudphobia

FRAUDPHOBIA

Res Ipsa Loquitor

Here's an interesting thing, in light of the North Carolina voting anomaly, and CBS's  early call of Obama's reelection.

First off, Maryland Republicans have good reason to worry about voter fraud, especially after the blatant theft that cost Ellen Sauerbrey our governor's office in 1994 (a tactic Dems later used to get Christine Gregoire elected in Washington, and award Al Franken the critical 60th Senate seat from Minnesota; [See 'Voter Fraud']

I just learned that MD. elementary schools, at least in this county, are holding mock elections.  The kiddies are given real electronic ballot cards, and use actual electronic voting machines that will be used for the general election.

Ahem.

No matter how bad things get, we should always believe that the next election will give us a chance to right things.  An awful lot of us don't have that comfort anymore.

Quick- het me one of "our" judges on the line ...

"PA.ID ruling could aid Obama"

I'm catching up on yesterday's news,  and just ran across this AP article.  What must anyone reading this instantly conclude?  The Liberal must, at the very least,  feel embarrassment at being so publicly stripped naked.  The "independent" voter will mindlessly tuck it away in a brain file (Democrats really are cheats).  Someday it will all percolate.  Sheesh.  Our election process is Mexican corrupt.  It's a wonder Obama will lose this election.

By the by. I did a news search on the first paragraph text.  Lots of results, but when I went to a cited link, the  "PA. ID ruling could aid Obama"  headline was changed.  And that includes the source article you're looking at.  Independents will have to work hard now to understand its message.

Franken Was Not Elected; He Was Imposed

York: When 1,099 felons vote in race won by 312 ballots
177 people have been convicted -- not just accused, but convicted -- of voting fraudulently in the Senate race. Another 66 are awaiting trial.

Res Ipsa Loquitor
Allegations of fraud, they say, are little more than pretexts conjured up by Republicans to justify voter ID laws designed to suppress Democratic turnout.

That argument becomes much harder to make after reading a discussion of the 2008 Minnesota Senate race in "Who's Counting?", a new book by conservative journalist John Fund and former Bush Justice Department official Hans von Spakovsky.

The election was particularly important because Franken's victory gave Senate Democrats a 60th vote in favor of President Obama's national health care proposal -- the deciding vote to overcome a Republican filibuster. If Coleman had kept his seat, there would have been no 60th vote, and no Obamacare.
Although the authors cover the whole range of voter fraud issues, their chapter on Minnesota is enough to convince any skeptic that there are times when voter fraud not only exists but can be critical to the outcome of a critical race. [Full]

You'd think this report would leave me with a sense of satisfaction; of justice being served.  In fact, it makes me furious.  That four years after the fact, the obvious to a certainty is treated as something of a revelation. In fact the Minnesota judges and officials knew, or should have known all  this when they handed the race to Franken.  This was no simple vote fraud.  It was a conspiracy to overthrow a government, and a way of life.  A capital offense. GAH!

Another block in our understanding the Massachusetts voter.  People not bothered by alcoholic senators who drive off a bridge, then swim off leaving evening prey to suffocate when the air bubble she found is depleted of oxygen.  People not bothered by a congressman who kept a gay whorehouse. Or by a a virtual "Stolen Valor" poster boy who preys on rich women.

That Elizabeth Warren is even still alive in her race against Sen. Scott Brown cements them on the list of careless ignoramuses— with the likes of Maryland's or California's own.
