Ahem.  I can't say this era's GOP have never stooped to using mass voter fraud, but let's face it; Democrats live by it.

" ... rampant abuse of data."

"The MSM Rule of Inverse Electoral Correlation: The closer the presidential race gets, the louder the MSM declares that it’s over. "

Data are important to understanding everything in politics, from polling to policy. But data are also very easy to abuse and misuse. You can manipulate polls to make them say pretty much anything you want, such as that Hillary Clinton is leading Donald Trump in Texas or that 7 percent of Texans want a border wall with Oklahoma.

And then there is the dubious field of fact-checking, which is often politicized. "Our pollsters and our media have spent plenty of time and column inches this year engaged in this sort of inhumane torture"

Never mind everything ...

The FBI interviewed Hillary for 3.5 hours on July 2 at its headquarters in DC. Three days later, Comey announced his shocking decision, despite listing all the ways Clinton and her aides were careless with classified materials on her private email server. For example, she had NO IDEA how to classify information. .. [FULL]
Never mind.  At this point it's undeniable.  She's a liar.  She's incompetent. She has a brain implant that's keeping her alive and animated, just enough, to get her enough votes via early voting by e-mail ballots to wrap up a victory by the end of September,  at which point her campaign will announce that she is so pissed-off by negative campaigning that she has decided to remain in seclusion until her inauguration ( which will be be broadcast from her bunker because of threats by Donald Trump to strafe the event using his personal B-2 bomber).  Everyone knows this is true.

Aside: I am in fact convinced that the "combine" are determined to disrupt this election by setting predicates (e.g.U.S. investigating potential covert Russian plan to disrupt November elections -WaPo)  for an election nullification.  Is it because I have zero faith in the integrity of our election process?  Damn tootin'.

Homeland in charge of elections ???

OBAMUNISM, The Party
,

Homeland (Obama) eyes special
declaration to take charge of elections

A White House policy directive adds, "The federal government also has a responsibility to strengthen the security and resilience of its own critical infrastructure, for the continuity of national essential functions, and to organize itself to partner effectively with and add value to the security and resilience efforts of critical infrastructure owners and operators."

Even before the FBI identified new cyber attacks on two separate state election boards, the Department of Homeland Security began considering declaring the election a "critical infrastructure," giving it the same control over security it has over Wall Street and and the electric power grid.

At the time, Johnson did not mention specific security issues, but the FBI has since cited one hack and another attempt.
The latest admissions of attacks could speed up that effort possibly including the upcoming presidential election, according to officials.

"We should carefully consider whether our election system, our election process, is critical infrastructure like the financial sector, like the power grid," Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson said.

"There's a vital national interest in our election process, so I do think we need to consider whether it should be considered by my department and others critical infrastructure," he said at media conference earlier this month hosted by the Christian Science Monitor. [Arghhhhhhhh]

Let's get this straight.  A government that fights tooth and nail against any effort to require voter ID, and have expanded the early voter system to a month before the election (making it impossible to monitor); and are now facing the possibility, if not likelihood, of massive voter revolt,  now decide they must protect this  "critical infrastructure"  by turning the process over to ... themselves?

Suggestions? Ahem.

Texas Voter Law

The Humanity

Texas' controversial voter identification law will remain in effect, possibly through November's elections, after the Supreme Court on Friday denied an emergency request from a coalition of Latino advocacy groups and Democratic lawmakers who say the measure is discriminatory.

"Against that backdrop is the Texas voter ID law, affecting more than 14 million voters this election cycle." [Huh?]
The unsigned order from the justices did not explain their reasoning, or whether there was any opposition. While it is a temporary decision, it could affect enforcement of similar laws in other states during a hotly contested presidential election year.

[...]  One of the strictest such laws in the country, it requires voters to provide certain government-issued photo ID in order to cast a ballot. Texas officials and the U.S. Justice Department agree more than 600,000 eligible voters in the second-largest state lack one of the required IDs.

Opponents say a disproportionate number are poor Hispanic and black voters. [Full]

Okay.  I'm a SCOTUS Justice.  I have but one question.  Why is that?

Dear Andy Harris; re Allen West

“
Dear Congressman Andy Harris:
I am asking you to take the lead in getting the ball rolling.

Res Ipsa Loquitor

Dear Congressman Andy Harris:

As I advance into my dotage,  it's pretty clear this will be my last opportunity to write to a Congressman I actually voted for, at least as a resident of Maryland.

I cannot begin to tell you the depth of my despair over the recent election results. There was so much documented fraud,  much of which was reported in real time,  that I find it impossible to accept that Barack Obama was legitimately reelected.   But then,  there's not much that even you can do about that, at least without actions that would lead you into infamy. Ahem.  There is however one election fraud that the House of Representatives can do something about. I speak of Rep. Allen West's  defeat at the hands of the Democrat party,  and one Patrick Murphy.

As I'm sure you know, Rep. West  appeared to have won reelection until, mysteriously (shades of Ellen Sauerbray),  at 1 AM, 4000 Murphy ballots suddenly appeared. The fraud here is so blatant that I am amazed that the Department of Justice hasn't already interceded *he said bitterly* .

Anyway, that only one precinct in St. Lucie County had less than a 113% turnout pretty much says it all.  Hell, one  St. Lucie County polling place had 158.85% voter turnout, the highest in the country.  That's characteristic of the Democrat's in-your -face  lawlessnesses since Obama.   I think everybody knows, or damn well should know,  that Alan West's defeat was due entirely to this massive election fraud.

The Federal Contested Elections act of 1969, in conjunction with Article 1,  Section 5 of the United States Constitution lay out the procedure for refusing to seat Patrick Murphy. Yes, Allen West must file a notice of contest, and present to the clerk of the House testimony from witnesses—of which the impossible voter turnout numbers alone  ought suffice— and present it to the Clerk of the House.  I'm pretty sure Rep. West will do his part if the Republican caucus shows support.  From there, it's simple.  A simple majority vote will send Murphy packing.

I am asking you to take the lead in getting the ball rolling.

This action has importance on many different levels. First in importance, I believe, is the message to the American people that there are still some good guys left in government. Secondly,  it serves notice to the Democrat party that, at  least here, the rule of law will prevail.  And third, it will keep another unelected Democrat usurper from an undeserved seat of  power.

Everything I just said about Congressman West's  election also holds true for Barack Obama's.  Especially in the key swing states, where the same type of election fraud was pervasive.    I'm not stupid enough to think that the GOP establishment would stick its neck out here, even if there was something that could be done;  but there is impeachment.  No matter that the Senate would refuse to convict; it's the right thing to do.

Thank you very much Congressman Harris for your service.  As the sole elected Republican in Maryland's congressional delegation,  you are alone in this battle between good and evil. Please remember, there is no right way to do the wrong thing.

Sincerely, and with wishes for a Merry Christmas...
RAS

I will post Rep. Harris's reply - if there is one. After all, I am now redistricted into Prince George's County.  Here's my new Representative in Congress. I don't think we'll get along.

How Democrats Stole the Election

“
Res Ipsa Loquitor

[...]
Obama lost in each and every state where voter ID laws were in place.  A poll watcher in Pennsylvania reported that up to 10% of ballots cast reverted to a default of Obama.  Voters in Nevada, North Carolina, Texas, Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Wisconsin had touch screen voting machines that recorded Obama, even after Romney was selected.  Republican poll watchers in multiple states were either turned away or not allowed to enter the precincts or thrown out once they had done so. [... .]  [Democrats Stole the Election]

If this is true, and that's for each of us to individually decide; it means that we will be ruled for the next four years, in a best-case projection, by an unconstitutional government.  What individually are you willing to do?  It's a personal question; public bravado means nothing. Come to terms with yourself.

2.5 million words

“ Obama, the first black president, had an unusually enthusiastic African-American vote. In 2012, 13 percent of the electorate were African American, up from 11 percent in 2004.

What this means is that an energized [ahem] black vote gave Barack Obama an additional 2.5 million votes.  newsmax

American Agonistes

Fear upon being rolled into the operating room

Dick Morris writes, "In The Last Few Hours…Sudden Danger Signs In Polling." He recounts how in 2000, the Sunday before the election revelation about a years-old DUI conviction against Bush (supposedly) allowed Gore to pull even in the polls.

So how is it that in our high-tech universe of flawlessly functioning electronic gadgets, voting machines are the only ones prone to human-like "error"? If there's an explanation other than human meddling, again, I'd truly like to hear it. Experts, feel free to weigh in.
I remember that. It was before we knew about the democrat party strategy for putting losers into office, so I accepted that the electorate could spin on a dime over something as trivial as that (Bush had already admitted his alcohol problem as a young man).  In retrospect, I know now that what the Democrats needed was a plausible reason for Al Gore's implausible, engineered win two days later.  Except, while coming close, they couldn't quite pull the Florida caper off (thanks to some Freepers who wouldn't let Miami vote counters move the recount to a back room, and out of sight), even though Gore had 2 million lawyers in Florida beforehand .

As things stand now, every indication is that Obama is going to be murdered at the polls on Tuesday, as he evidently has been in early voting (based on who's voting).  Stories like these from Glenn Reynolds are so abundant that I don't even bother to single them out any more.
While it's easy to skip over Dick  Morris, Rasmussen  has far more cred.  He is in fact the only pollster I have any faith in, because he's always right.  Always (but then so was Zogby-for awhile). So how do we account for this ?

The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Saturday shows the race tied, with President Obama and Mitt Romney each attracting support from 48% of voters nationwide. One percent (1%) prefers some other candidate, and two percent (2%) are still undecided. See daily tracking history.

It's mind blowingly counter intuitive at this point.  I've thought on this all night (really), and my conclusion is that we are dealing here with the communist party.  There's Obama's BFF,  Venezuela's "President for Life"  Hugo Chávez, and his  involvement  with U.S. voting machines?  So this American Thinker article,  Can Democrat-leaning Voting Machines Win Election for Obama? does shiver me timbers.

“ Innocent malfunction...or something else?

Whatever the case, this has already happened to voters in states such as Nevada, Ohio, Kansas, North Carolina, Missouri, and Colorado -- four of which are swing states.
...../

I'll make my case. First, all these stories about uncooperative machines involve votes switched in only one direction: Barack Obama's. Would this be possible if at issue were merely innocent errors?

If it isn't true that these malfunctions are curiously monolithic in favor of the president, then where are the news stories to that effect?  ...  we've all used ATMs, and most everyone ... has something such as an iPod. Now, have you ever, anytime, anywhere, had one of these electronic devices switch data input on you? So how is it that in our high-tech universe of flawlessly functioning electronic gadgets, voting machines are the only ones prone to human-like "error"? If there's an explanation other than human meddling, again, I'd truly like to hear it. Experts, feel free to weigh in.

”

What of  Rasmussen?  Well, if you're going to jigger poll results, and you have the expertise and resources of the Democrat Media complex, you reverse engineer him, and play to  his polling methods. That's all I have at this point. We'll see.

I think our nation is at a tipping point.  Should Obama emerge as the surprise winner Tuesday, most people will see foul play, and be properly outraged.  And?  And nothing.  There will be nothing anyone can do about it.  There will be no spontaneous march on Washington by pitchfork bearing populace.  The nation's only hope at that point would be a military coup to wrest control of the nation from the Obamunist party rule.  And even then, we shall have lost. Well, maybe not.  Britain survived Cromwell.   I'd take a coup (Jeffersonian activism?) over a killer second Obama term.

Fraudphobia

FRAUDPHOBIA

“
Res Ipsa Loquitor

Here's an interesting thing, in light of the North Carolina voting anomaly, and CBS's  early call of Obama's reelection.

First off, Maryland Republicans have good reason to worry about voter fraud, especially after the blatant theft that cost Ellen Sauerbrey our governor's office in 1994 (a tactic Dems later used to get Christine Gregoire elected in Washington, and award Al Franken the critical 60th Senate seat from Minnesota; [See 'Voter Fraud'] .

I just learned that MD. elementary schools, at least in this county, are holding mock elections.  The kiddies are given real electronic ballot cards, and use actual electronic voting machines that will be used for the general election.

Ahem.

No matter how bad things get, we should always believe that the next election will give us a chance to right things.  An awful lot of us don't have that comfort anymore.

OBAMA AHEAD By NO VOTES!

                                                                                2012

Can Obama get reelected losing the independent vote?

“

The answer is “yes,” if you believe a number of the polls currently in the Real Clear Politics poll average… but that’s a sizable if. The NYT/CBS poll shows Pres. Obama winning by 3 points among likely voters… but losing independents to Mitt Romney 44/50. The WaPo/ABC News poll shows Obama up by a point, while losing independents by 11 points, 43/54. The CNN/ORC poll (.pdf) shows Obama winning by six overall, but losing independents by a whopping 14 points, 40/54. Ironically, given people’s perceptions of poll bias, the Fox poll has Obama winning overall and winning indies by a similar 5 point margin.

Historically, a candidate cannot win the presidency while losing independent votes. However, it has happened thrice in my lifetime: 1976, 2000 and 2004. These exceptions are instructive. [Even More Stuff]

Add to that the aforementioned Obama Polling Worse Among Jews Than Any Dem in 32 Years , and the media sham is even more pronounced.  Obama is toast, thank God. They know it.  But.

In 1980 the networks called Reagan's landslide win over Carter at 6:30 PM EST.  Democrats were outraged, because Left Coast voters on the way to the polls simply went home.  As a result Reagan gained control of the Senate, and  made heavy inroads into  the Democrat's House dominance.  In response Donks forced a rule prohibiting  presidential election calls until  all polls had closed.

This is what I'm getting at.  If government can flex its muscle to "protect the integrity of an election (ahem)" that way, why in heaven's name don't they ban all political polling 60 days before any election?   I know, it's rhetorical. Democrats depend on phony polls; but it does make sense, wot?

As something of an aside:  It was also after Reagan's win that the Donk media changed  party designation colors .  It drove me nuts at the time (still does actually) that not one word was heard about this obvious "psyche-ops" victory by the Donk media.  I was reminded by some of the comments  found under the YouTube video I embedded above.

  • In most countries red is the color of left wing parties and blue is the color of right wingers. EG in Britain Labour is red and the Conservatives are blue

  • 'Red' means communism, and the Leftist media didn't want people making that connection in later years. This is just my guess.

  • Don't speak fact to the left, they don't like that.

And so it should be.

Biden's Hit Man

Book: Mafia Hit-Man & Teamster Boss Helped Joe Biden Become U.S. Senator

“

In 1972 Mafia hit-man Frank Sheeran received a visit from “a very prominent lawyer” he knew who was “very big in the Democratic Party” in Delaware.

The November general election was approaching, and the race for the U.S. Senate seat held by a Republican was expected to be close. The lawyer wanted help in preventing the distribution of a paid Republican political ad – an insert in the Delaware-wide newspapers – that would run for a week and expose the campaign misrepresentations by the Democratic challenger. Sheeran promised the operative that he “would hire some people and put them on the picket line.” He added, “People nobody would mess with.”

The picket line went up, the papers were not delivered all week, and, as Sheeran said, “The day after the election the informational picket line came down, and the newspaper went back to normal and Delaware had a new United States Senator.” His name was Joe Biden. Thereafter, said admitted extortionist, thief and murderer Sheeran, of Biden, “You could reach out for him, and he would listen.” [RED STATE continued]

The book (Just $10.85 from Amazon) is being made into a movie called The Irishman, starring Robert De Niro , Al Pacino , Joe Pesci, and directed by Martin Scorcese.  Bet's on whether this episode reaches the silver screen- anyone?.  And how many democrats does this make who used mob ties to get elected? Let's start with JFK.
