Obama's base Base

Lunch Time Scholars

This video was sent to me by a good friend whose daughter actually attends the Olympia, WA school where it was filmed.

It will make you shudder with concern over the future of our country.

The sorry thing is, that each one of these kids probably knows all about MLK, gay rights, electronic games, and their cell phones.

This country is in deep shit.

Wait - I want a second opinion dammit

This HAS to be staged, if they are that stupid WE ARE FUCKED, PLAIN AND SIMPLE.

UPDATED
Olympia student video was made for 'laughs'

via Sondrak (in comments), the world expert on Olympitards   The reason it's such good satire is it's believeable.  Late night comics like Jay Leno have made a living off of real interviews of today's collej ejacated kids, with the same reslult.

Obama and what's his name ...

You'd think the best and the brightest would be beyond Mr. Obama's crude populist pitch. You of course would be wrong.

In the days after his Washington lecture, Mr. Obama took a shorter version of his SOTU speech on the road—to Colorado, Michigan, Iowa, Nevada and Arizona, states he needs in November. On the White House website, you can see him give this campaign tuneup speech at the new, $5 billion Intel chip-fabrication plant in Chandler, Ariz. It's worth watching and pondering. You'd think the best and the brightest would be beyond Mr. Obama's crude populist pitch. You of course would be wrong. [Obama's Maddening, Winning Speech]

A 4 minute audio  clip from the documentary "The Russian Revolution in Color" - FWIW, iot appears Lenin needed a "teleprompter" too.

Knock Knock Who's There? Nobody but us monkeys

Does it matter ...

February 16 2009 issue
The proposed regulation, designed to implement part of Obamacare, will require all private health plans in the United States to cover sterilizations and all FDA-approved contraceptives--including those that cause abortions—without charging any fees or co-pay. These regulations were drawn to implement a provision in Obama’s health-care law that calls for all health-care plans to cover “preventive services.” [Full]

Does it matter what the redacted words are?
That Newsweek gloat was printed a mere month after Barry's inauguration.  Think about that,  Two years later, this—

New Poll Shows 55% Of Likely Voters Think Obama Is A Socialist

Government Junkies

Government will track kid's weight
While Michigan's BMI tracking system will most likely become only an entry point for further discussion and intervention in cases of obesity, any pediatricians still believe it's worth the effort.

Mass confusion reigns

Obama officially threatens to veto Republicans' 'cut, cap and balance' bill

Ahem. The balance bill is a balanced budget Amendment.  It would be sent to the states for ratification, not Obama's desk.  Mr. constitutional lawyer.  And this—    Couple says image of Jesus appears in Wal-Mart receipt.  Further analysis however shows that it's actually Rasputin's image.  Even weirder - these two stories are conjoined.

22%-? 47%-? Who are these people?

Who Are These People???
Rasmussen: 22% of the nation's voters Strongly & 47% Somewhat Approve of the way that Barack Obama is performing his role as president.

Very Very Strange People

  Missile Defense Malpractice

National Security: As Iran tests its latest long-range missiles, a senator says a Pentagon study shows the White House's decision to let Moscow have a veto on missile defense has left us with systems that are "simply not credible."

When President Obama scrapped, at Russian insistence, President George W. Bush's plans for a European-based missile defense to protect America and Europe against the Iranian nuclear missile threat, he said it was because he had a better idea with better systems.

But portions of a forthcoming study by the Pentagon's Defense Science Board, disclosed during a hearing of the Senate Appropriations defense subcommittee by Sen. Richard Shelby, R-Ala., says the Obama plan, employing what's called a phased-adaptive approach, won't work.

"Phased-adaptive approach," government speak for "making it up as we go along while we kick the can down the road ... ." [Full IBD]

Twenty-two percent, okay.  I don't care what group you're talking about; there'll always be 20% who neede culling.  But forty-seven?  Who are these people,  and what can they possibly be seeing different from me?  Forty-seven % Somewhat Approve of what?   This is terrible.  It'll take us years to hunt them all down.

Protesting Earthquakes

Protesting earth quakes

Protesting The Japan Earthquake! JFC!
You can I'll venture find this same bimbo displaying her wretched body at G8, PeTA, Code Pink, and Obama for president rallies.  I've long suspected that most are exhibitionists, or whores trying to pick up a "date."  But protesting a freaking earthquake?  Did I say brainless as well? Not braless; brainless!

First Amendment, First Ashedmint

The traveling  "O.J. jury" lands in Minneapolis

  1. A blogger named John Hoff, a.k.a. "Johnny Northside," wrote a scathing blog post about Jerry Moore
  2. He correctly cited Moore's involvement in a high-profile mortgage fraud
  3. The University of Minnesota, who had recently hired Moore, fired him the next day.
  4. Moore sues Hoff.
  5. His lawyer shyster claims "emotional distress"  due to "tortious interference" with employment.
  6. Did I say Moore was involved in mortgage fraud?
  7. The 7 member jury awarded the "community leader" $60,000.
  8. Did I say Moore actually, really was involved in mortgage fraud?
Community activist Jerry Moore

Jane Hartley's, a U of M professor of media law and ethics, called the lawsuit an example of "trash torts," in which someone unable to sue for libel, which by definition involves falsity, reaches for another legal claim. She predicted the verdict will be overturned.

The verdict also surprised U of M law professor William McGeveran, but he wasn't so certain that it will be easily overturned. Appeals courts tend to give a lot of credence to jury verdicts, he said.

Blogger Has To Pay In Libel Case... Despite Telling The Truth
Jury: Blogger Johnny Northside must pay $60,000 to fired community leader

I think it fair to say that the judge was a total asshat too.

Stupid Connecticutters

The Nut Meh State

This is an update to yesterday's post on Dick Blumenthal.  The one where Linda McMahon asked him. "Dick, would you tell us how you create jobs?" Of course, since government can only create a business environment that discourages growth, something democrats excel at, it was an unanswerable question.   That didn't keep Blumenthal from trying.  All agree that he revealed himself to be an utter incompetent  Well, not all.  Rasmussen's poll yesterday showed that he widened his lead after that brilliant display, proving that Connecticut is only a Manhattan bedroom community, and just as hopeless.

Rasmussen: Blumenthal 54%, McMahon 43%

"Stupid Liberals" - Homer

Are You Smarter Than a Fifth Grader?
Self-identified liberals and Democrats do badly on questions of basic economics

Boned Jello

If you are smarter than a fifth-grader, you shan't need to read the article to know that, "According to a Zogby International survey that I write about in the May issue of Econ Journal Watch, the answer is unequivocal: The left flunks Econ 101."
