Psycho Thanksgiving

 A Psyco Thanksgiving

Eating Yellow Snow

If you ever wanted to scream aimlessly at the sky because you still mourning Hillary Clinton’s election loss, your chance is just around the corner. If you can hold back your wailing for just a little longer you can join in with a group of screamers who are setting up to yelp helplessly at the sky on November 8. This way when you let your screams rip and the police happen to come, you will at least have an excuse.

Stupid is as stupid does
The maturity level of it all might be questioned one day in the history books, but for now, a bunch of grown men and women plan to gather together to “scream at the sky” as part of an exercise in mourning the election loss of Hillary Clinton a year later. No flowers or condolence cards required, just a good blood-curdling scream is all that’s needed.

The RSVPs are racking up on Facebook and there are thousands of people who note they are interested in the event titled, “Scream Helplessly at the Sky on the Anniversary of the Election,” to be held in Boston on November 8.

According to the Townhall website, while the “rest of the country has moved on,” there are those who haven’t and they plan to exercise their rights and “scream helplessly at the sky.” This event might sound like the cry of the banshee echoing through the historic streets of Boston or possibly the screams of a crime in progress. Have no fear — it is just a bunch of disenchanted folks who apparently have some extra time on their hands and a few extra yelps left over from Hillary’s loss last year.....

Once again:  There can be but 3 possibilities to define, and describe, these people.
  1. They are committed Marxists who don't understand the inevitable consequences of their belief system.
  2. They are just useful idiots who don't understand  the inevitable consequences of their belief system.
  3. All their friends are doing it.

We Pee on You Liberina

Her caption with the video read:  “F*** your nationalism. F*** your country. F*** your stupid f****** flag.”

I had mutual friends with her on Facebook, and I almost commented on the video. However I decided not to because I knew she would only resort to the argument that it was protected under free speech. That still did not change how angry it made me.

The disrespectful brat even admitted in the comments that she had family who served in the military and that her family does not approve of how she is acting.

[...]

She thought it was all fun and games until a bounty was placed on her head. Yes, that’s right. There is a $3,000 reward to kill Emily Lance now.

Another mindless snowflake doing something brave for the cause. But the whole thing stinks.  Why would anyone (obviously distraught by her insult) put an easily traceable public contract on her?  That sort of  mindless reaction smacks of  something her ilk are famous for. Best if her  daddy spanked her, took her car  and credit cards away, and sent her to live with Aunt Betty in Fargo.

Oh Daddy,can you forgive me?

...  a young woman's journey out of the left-wing fever swamps.

The term redpill refers to a human that is aware of the true nature of the Matrix. Redpills are typically humans whose bodies and minds have been freed from the power plant by Zion hovercraft teams, but humans still connected to the Matrix can also be aware of its reality. Usually, Redpills encounter anomalies or glitches in the system, or may free themselves from physical bonds by exceeding human limitations. In either of these cases, other Redpills find them and offer them freedom. [Matrix Wiki]

I discovered this "Red Pill" meme on Free Republic.  In this context it's where snowflakes  allow their intelligence to take up arms against  the institutional  left-tard culture  that have formed their political realities.  I am hopeful.

Warning:  The young lady here is a recovering snowflake, and the patois may be unsettling, but stick with it.

Precious Snowflake

SNOWFLAKES

Before being cancelled Tim Allen destroys CBS' Liberal snowflakes.

These two video clips are from Tim Allen's TV series "Last Man Standing." Season 6, episode 9 titled "Precious Snowflake."

What is great about this episode is it tackles the issue of America becoming too politically correct. Where people are feeling censored by using Freedom of Speech, in fear that they might hurt someone's feelings or make someone feel excluded. Stuff like micro-aggressions.

Siding with Tim Allen, it would seem that these Social Justice Warriors are bent on censoring words and thoughts. The thought police being mentioned in the second clip.

What are your thoughts? Do you feel like America is becoming too politically correct? That college students need comfort / safe spaces in fear that their feelings might get hurt.

BACK STORY

A sixth-season episode found Baxter blasting politically correct “microaggressions” and drawing up a speech for his daughter’s graduation: “To quote future Nobel Prize winner Lee Greenwood, ‘I’m proud to be an American.’ Not just because I have the right to speak my mind or carry an awesome gun, but because it’s the land of opportunity. Some whiny babies might not think so, but in America, if you work hard, anyone can be successful.”

Allen himself is also conservative, and has in the past expressed support for President Donald Trump. In March, the actor told Jimmy Kimmel he had attended Trump’s inauguration and that conservatives in Hollywood need to be “real careful” when discussing their political beliefs.

The show’s cancellation appeared to come as a surprise to fans, as its ratings had reportedly been solid, as Daily Wire’s John Nolte noted. Last Man Standing averaged 6.4 million viewers in its final season and a 1.2 rating amongst adults 18-49, strong numbers for a Friday night comedy. But Deadline also notes that Last Man Standing was down just 5 percent this season, a stellar result when compared with other shows were generally down by as much as 20-30 percent. The show was also reportedly performing extraordinarily well in syndication.

Even more surprising, the cancellation comes after ABC Entertainment President Channing Dungey said at a London media summit in December that broadcast networks were not paying enough attention to the television viewers in the country who helped elect Donald Trump president. [FULL]

To be honest, I'd never heard of "Last Man Standing" before Friday.  When MoSup came running in to may lair, iPad Facebook in hand saying "OMG. You have to watch this!," I knew it was cultural gold. To borrow her words, "We have to watch this show."

Unanimously Right

Rodge says I'm always right and that must be true
because he's always righter. Mother Superior (MoSup)

MoSup, who somehow manages to engage in face book, without going insane, and is therefore my window into that pool of largely hide-bound opinion by people I know, tells me that the chatter amongst the Millenniums and Snoflakes, about the North Korea nuke problem, is "We never had that problem while Obama was president." Sigh.

These days there's so much neology  going on I can scarce keep up.  Snowflake is one such, and it's good because, in context, one will immediately understand .  Anyway, I decided to find out for sure.  Yup.  Beauty.

College Students Demand Free Tampons
"My heart bleeds for them."

USA Today reports:

College students are demanding free tampons on campus

Julie Chen, a sophomore at Emory College, wanted to help students get access to free tampons on campus, but she didn’t know how. So she started a petition last January to see how many people would use the supplies. In one week, it received more than 900 responses.

“It wasn’t supposed to go viral,” said Chen, now a junior and the college council vice president of finance. “Seeing all of those names made me really motivated and passionate to keep going on with it.”

In March, President Barack Obama became the first president to comment on menstruation when he asked why 40 states tax tampons as a luxury item. In July, New York became the 11th state to eliminate the sales tax on menstrual care products.
The petition received so many responses that Emory launched a pilot program during the fall 2016 semester to provide free tampons. The university changed the tampon dispensers in three locations — a dining hall, the library and one of its academic buildings — to make them free. If enough people use the program, it could become a permanent, university-wide initiative.

“Everyone was really excited about it, and we’ve definitely heard positive responses,” Chen said. “One girl left a comment that said, ‘If men had a need for tampons, they’d be falling out of the sky.’”

Emory is not alone: Students at colleges across the country are demanding free menstrual products. The University of Arizona, Columbia University, Reed College and the University of Minnesota, among others, have launched similar programs on campus, according to Inside Higher Ed.

Tampons are Funny

Charles: What about me? The trouble is I need you several times a week.

Camilla: Mmmm, so do I. I need you all the week. All the time.

Charles: Oh. God. I'll just live inside your trousers or something. It would be much easier!

Camilla: (laughing) "what are you going to turn into, a pair of knickers?

Both laugh

Camilla: Oh, You're your'e going to come back as a pair of knickers.

Charles: Or, God forbid a Tampax. Just my luck! (Laughs)

Camilla: You are a complete idiot (Laughs) Oh, what a wonderful idea.

Charles: My luck to be chucked down the lavatory and go on and on forever swirling round on the top, never going down.

Camilla: (Laughing) Oh, Darling!

Charles: Until the next one comes through.

Camilla: Oh, perhaps you could come back as a box.

Charles: What sort of box?

Camilla: A box of Tampax, so you could just keep going.

Charles: That's true.

CRYBABIES

I'm Just a Millennial Short and Stout

Capitalism, then, reveals how inequalities in talent, brains, virtue, and luck lead to economic winners and losers. But a dynamic capitalism gives people the freedom and opportunity to rise as far as their abilities can take them, rather than being stymied by static castes, guilds, and classes.
; The “snowflake” phenomenon on our college campuses is just one example of this widespread belief, the malign effects of which extend far beyond the millennial generation. Apart from the damage to our characters, autonomy, freedom, and sense of responsibility for our actions, the therapeutic vision runs counter to the foundations of our political and economic order.

We can see the cost to the former in the reduction of our freedoms caused by political correctness and the laws defending the sensibilities and feelings of “protected” classes. The anxiety not to cause offense leads to censorship both formal and internalized, which compromises our First Amendment right to free speech without which a democracy cannot function. And the demand to meet ever escalating standards of well-being and comfort by redistributing wealth has contributed to sluggish economic growth, the unsustainable expense of social welfare entitlements, and the $20 trillion in debt on track to bankrupt the country.
