I think I could still take her ...

I thought, "should I be concerned—
... that I find her attractive?  I mean in the way where nothing's at stake, you know?  An idyll.  And then  I realized.  There is not one person on earth who gives a shit one way or the other.  She's cute. If I took her to the senior prom, I'd ask her to wear a long sleeved gown though.

By way of precedent:

“ .Following the inauguration of William J. Clinton as the 42nd president of the United States on January 20, 1993, allegations of ethical improprieties were made against Sessions. A report presented to the Justice Department that month by the Office of Professional Responsibility included criticisms that he had used an FBI plane to travel to visit his daughter on several occasions and had had a security system installed in his home at government expense. Janet Reno, the 78th Attorney General of the United States, announced that Sessions had exhibited "serious deficiencies in judgment." Although Sessions denied that he had acted improperly, he was pressured to resign in early July and when he refused to do so he was fired on July 19. ”

“Congresswoman Wasserman Schultz’s request of Governor Romney to release his tax returns screams of hypocrisy, because to the best of our knowledge, Congresswoman Wasserman Schultz has never released a single tax return of her own. As a member of Congress, she is required to release a yearly ‘financial disclosure,’ this yearly disclosure is not a tax return.

“While asking for Governor Romney to release his past tax returns, and In keeping with the spirit of President Obama’s call for ‘full transparency,’ we ask Congressman Wasserman Schultz to release her own tax returns.” [DNC Chief Called on to Release Tax Returns]

How is it possible to deal with a mentality like Wasserman's?  She has the chutzpah to make this request of Romney- even as she fronts for Obama?  We today know more about the  details of  Osama bin Laden's life than of our own president's, and she asks for Romney's tax return?  See Louie?  This is why.

Aficionados know about SHERLOCK, I suppose, but in case ... .

“ Sherlock is a British television series that presents a contemporary update of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's Sherlock Holmes detective stories. It was created by Steven Moffat and Mark Gatiss, and stars Benedict Cumberbatch as Sherlock Holmes and Martin Freeman as Doctor John Watson. After an unbroadcast pilot in 2009, the first series of three 90-minute episodes was transmitted on BBC One and BBC HD in July and August 2010, with a second series of three episodes first broadcast in January 2012. A third series has been commissioned and will reportedly air in 2013. The series has been sold to over 180 territories. [Wiki] ”

I watched the first one last night [A Study in Pink] and found it captivating.   One entertainment is that the relationship (ahem) betwixt Holmes and Watson is broached in a brilliant repartee while the two dine for the first time  (Watson:  Do you have a girlfriend?  Holmes, That's not my style ...  Watson:  ...).   The bad news (for me) is only two remain on NetFlix, and even if the 2012 series were available it would only be five.  I likes me dalliances by the gross. But WAIT! You can watch season two online!

You're welcome

THE GOOD
In response to the question “What percentage of the American legislature do you think are card carrying Marxists, Internationalists, or Socialists?” West claimed that there are: “78 to 81 members of the Democrat Party that are members of the Communist party.”

When asked if they hide it, West responded, “No, they actually don’t hide it, it’s called the Congressional Progressive Caucus.”

Spot-on

THE BAD
Later, however, after the remarks were mentioned in an article in the Palm Beach Post, West’s campaign manager, Tim Edson, told a reporter for The Daily Caller that West “was making a jab at the Congressional Progressive Caucus, and not making an outlandish, McCarthyesque allegation.”

I'm not picking on Alan West, this is standard practice.

  1. "West’s campaign manager, Tim Edson ..." corrected him.  I'm was looking for Rep. West's follow-up quote ' I can speak for myself without the help of weasel-wording.'" -  Didn't find it.
  2. I'm not familiar with any "outlandish, McCarthyesque allegation.”
Well, I blame him if he didn't rap Edson's knuckles.

Let's pretend that—

A SS agent, attached to Obama's Columbia visit, picks up a girl in a bar  and takes her back to his hotel room to see his etchings.  Come time for her to leave, she demands payment.  That's right, she's a hooker.  The agent, thinking it had been his great looks and personality that won her over, refuses  payment.  The girl reports him to the policia, who go to the hotel and ask for the guest register, which they cross reference  against the roster of the SS  contingent supplied by the  president's people.

More Ruh-Roh
Columbian hotels keep tabs on which guests have overnight visitors, and charge them for that occupancy.  Tipped by the spurned-hooker  investigation, the hotel might check video from surveillance video on  rooms let to this SS unit (mostly single, with  a rep for off-duty rowdiness). Maybe something like 17 of them had "visitors,"  for which the Secret Service maybe was charged additional $$.  And  maybe the police go to team Obama with these complaints, and there you have it.  The whole thing  from one  agent's refusal to pay a hooker he thought was only a "date."

I'm just sayin'

Calling Dr. Putin ... Calling Dr. Ayers

That's What I See

“

Res Ipsa Loquitur

Coupla Drudge Headlines this week brought  an old prediction to mind.
  1. SHOCK PHOTOS: Obama, Thin And Wasting Away... ^
  2. 25 Secret Service agents... ^
After his [s]election in 2008, I immediately made a case for Obama being a Manchurian Candidate president, installed by a cabal that certainly included Bill Ayers.  Nothing else could explain it. And it's even more apparent now that this was the case.  I then posited that if  the day comes when Obama becomes a liability to the "cause," they'll remove him.  The most obvious method being via the long rifle, or the snub nose.  The Shock Photo stories set me to thinking however; what about Jack Ruby-ing him? Inoculating him with fast acting cancer cells?

Then the Secret Service thing happened, and I thought coup? (but just for a second, same as you).    But wait!  That wouldn't be a method the  Cabal™ (now it's official) would use to remove Obama— but the threat of a coup would  be excuse enough for Obama to declare a national state of emergency, and impose a total lockdown under powers he gave himself.  The important question:  Are they capable of it?  That's right.

Hey, don't blame me for thinking like this.  Blame the Cabal™

Vichy Republicans

'Tea party' pols sell out the tea party
Steve Baldwin names who endorsed Romney after taking cash from his PACs

“

Res Ipsa Loquitur
Vichy GOP

Take Christine O’Donnell, for example. O’Donnell lost her bid for the U.S. Senate in Delaware but continues to have a following among tea-party activists. Inexplicably, she recently endorsed Romney, stating she is doing so because she thinks “infrastructure and executive experience are important.” She also claimed, “He’s been consistent since he changed his mind.”

Then there’s Rep. Jason Chaffetz, R-Utah, a long-time favorite of tea-party activists. Chaffetz is actually a member of the Romney “Truth Squad” that goes around harassing Newt Gingrich everywhere he speaks.

Selling one's principles to the GOP is nothing new; both Newt and Santorum have done it in the past.  The problem (again)  this year, for me anyway, is that aside from Michelle Bachmann, there were  no solid conservatives to choose from.  I didn't want to vote for any of them.   For 40 years it's been manifestly true that conservatives win— when they manage to get on the ballot over the GOP's chosen RINO,  and still ... this. Why is that?

Hoes in the Outfield

Without getting too technical the concern here is this: George Soros has money in this deal.  The same George Soros who’s been cutting checks to Media Matters, MoveOn. org, The Center for American Progress, ACORN, Apollo Alliance, National Council of  La Raza. Tides Foundation, Huffington Post, Southern Poverty Law Center, Soujourners, People for the American Way, and others. The same George Soros who, in 2004, contributed almost 24 million dollars to over 500 groups dedicated to defeating George Bush—and the same guy who is behind the Secretary of State Project (SOSP), a 527 political group that has some interesting motives. Gee, why would anyone have an interest in something called the Secretary of State Project? Hmmmmm…….

Throw in the way Attorney General Eric Holder conducts himself (2008 voter intimidation case against New Black Panthers that he dropped-and others) and one could surmise that something foul is in the wind.

Tin foil hat time? You tell me. But, given the cast of characters here and all the money flowing to the left—you owe to yourself to look into this and come to your own conclusions. [Strawman - Obama Has It In The Bag]

I liked Strawman's capsule summary of this Canada Free Press article that alerted me to this, sigh, possibility of another Obamacide pill (That’s right.  A foreign company may now, ostensibly and unconstitutionally, determine who wins US “elections.”). .

Over 900 jurisdictions in 26 states across the United
States, including 14 state-wide customers, currently
use SOE Software solutions in their electoral processes.

While I have zero doubt that Democrats would love to force all 50 to use their vote-counting software, or that Obama would issue an EO to that effect in a heart-beat, it's so constitutionally unlawful that I can't see it happening.  But with this bunch, at this stage, it could. Besides, having the right 14 states in the bag could be enough. (Here's $50 that says MD is one).

All that aside, let me axe you something, which answer is so transparent that it's rhetorical.  What in the hell was so hard about individual precincts counting and verifying votes?  And why have democrats been responsible for extended voting, early voting, unlimited absentee balloting, E-Z registration at the DMV, and no ID required balloting?
