Eric Holder - Agent Provocateur

There Is a Crooked Sheriff
Who Walked a Crooked Mile

“
MEIN KOUP by Obama

Ever since PJ Media’s blockbuster Every Single One Series documented the radical partisan lawyers hired as career civil servants in the Obama DOJ, many have asked me how this is accomplished. One way is that only attorneys are hired who have resumes which have obvious ideological histories. The Every Single One series provided the public copies of these resumes. They are filled with cues that were used in the hiring process to exclude some and include others.

But Eric Holder is also personally furthering the cause of ideological hiring. One way Holder is accomplishing this goal is by recruiting from within identity politics organizations. PJ Media has obtained an announcement from the DOJ internal intranet stating: (continued)

Valerie Jarrett Helped Manager Eric Holder's Perjury

Holder's Mustache

“
Bombshell: Valerie Jarrett Helped Manage Fallout Over Eric Holder's Changing Fast and Furious Testimony to Congress

[...] Practically lost in the 1,000-plus pages of records is an index that shows Jarrett was brought in to manage the fact that Holder lied to Congress after the story about the disastrous gun-running operation broke in the media.

The files received by JW include three electronic mails between Holder and Jarrett and one from former U.S. Attorney Dennis Burke to Jarrett. The e-mails with Holder are all from October 4, 2011, a significant date because, on the evening of October 3rd, Sharyl Attkisson (then at CBS news) released documents showing that Holder had been sent a briefing paper on Operation Fast and Furious on June 5, 2010. The paper was from the director of the National Drug Intelligence Center, Michael Walther.

This directly contradicted Holder’s May 3, 2011 testimony to the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, during which he stated that he, “probably heard about Fast and Furious for the first time over the last few weeks.” The October 4, 2011 date may also be significant because it came shortly after the August 30, 2011 resignation of U.S. Attorney for Arizona Dennis Burke and reassignment of acting ATF director Kenneth Melson to the position of “senior forensics advisor” at DOJ.

The description of one of the e-mails, written from Jarrett to Holder, reads, “re: personnel issues.” Another, also from Jarrett, reads, “outlining and discussing preferred course of action for future responses in light of recent development in congressional investigation.” Unfortunately, the index is vague and that’s all the information we have about them. Nevertheless, given the timing and subject of these e-mails, it seems clear that Jarrett quickly became a key player in the Fast and Furious cover-up in the immediate aftermath of the revelation that Holder had lied to Congress.

Despite evidence showing Attorney General Eric Holder lied about when he became aware of Operation Fast and Furious and about the extent of his involvement with the initiation of the program, he has maintained that the testimony he gave under oath to Congress was "truthful and accurate." As a reminder of the timeline of Holder's inconsistent testimony: [Oh, there's more ...]

A Reminder:

On February 21, 1975, (Nixon's A.G) John Mitchell was found guilty of conspiracy, obstruction of justice, and perjury and sentenced to two and a half to eight years in prison for his role in the Watergate break-in and cover-up ...

Oh My ... Eric Holder in the spotlight?

Holder's Mustache

GROAN:

In the words of Dave Barry, “I swear I am not making this up.” According to Vulture, CBS is “ordering a pilot for Main Justice, a show based on the life of former attorney general Eric Holder.”

Really. Would that be the Eric Holder who joined a student occupation of an ROTC facility and mau maued Columbia University into naming the building after Malcom X? Or is the the Eric Holder who advised Bill Clinton to issue the last-minute pardon of big-time Democratic money […]

CBS muckamucks have not a clue about what a "Show About The Life Of Eric Holder" would mean to Eric Holder.  I mean, I'm all for it.  But Holder is a primary target for federal prosecution for ... help me count the crimes .. that he can be charged with, going back to the Clinton years. So, bring it on. [See also the HOLDER FILES.

Obama's Himmler - The Book

Holder's Mustache

 [...]
The Justice Department’s motto, contained on the seal of the department, is “Qui Pro Domina Justitia Sequitur.”  It has been roughly translated to refer to the Attorney General as he who “prosecutes on behalf of justice.” But as we outline in our book, Eric Holder seems to have changed that motto so that it can be read to mean “the attorney general prosecutes on behalf of his political and ideological allies.”

Eric Holder is almost certainly the most liberal attorney general of the modern era, but he has also liberally bent the rule of law and established internal practices that harm the cause of justice. His tenure at the Justice Department has been marked by one scandal after another and abusive behavior by Justice Department lawyers in unwarranted, ideologically driven prosecutions.

Holder is the first attorney general in history to be held in contempt by the House of Representatives for his unjustified refusal to turn over documents related to what may be the most reckless law-enforcement operation of the Justice Department ever conducted: Operation Fast and Furious. He has launched more investigations and prosecutions of leaks than any prior attorney general, yet he has studiously ignored high-level “friendly leaks” by White House officials in the Obama administration.

Holder has racialized the prosecution of federal discrimination laws and led an unprecedented attack on election-integrity laws, thus making it easier for people to commit voter fraud and facilitating the election of members of his political party. His handling of national-security issues has been dismal and he has filled the career ranks of the Justice Department with political allies, cronies, and Democratic-party donors, in clear violation of civil-service rules.

Holder has treated Congress with contempt and has done everything he can to evade its oversight responsibilities by misleading, misinforming, and ignoring members of Congress and its committees.

Holder has attacked pro-life protesters, trying to use federal power to restrict their First Amendment right to speak, has prosecuted American companies for engaging in behavior that is routinely done by government officials, and has on numerous occasions ignored his duty to defend the law and to enforce statutes passed by Congress.

For these reasons and many others, former career lawyer Christopher Coates, who served in the Clinton, Bush, and Obama administrations, says that in his opinion, “Holder is the worst person to hold the position of attorney general since the disgraced John Mitchell, who went to jail as a result of the Watergate scandal.”

Back Filling?

Holder's Mustache

Flashback: Remember When Democrats Helped Cover Up Obama’s Fast and Furious Gunrunning Scheme?

Democrats on the House Oversight Committee are officially trying to cover for Attorney General Eric Holder just before he testifies on Thursday about Operation Fast and Furious, with anti-Second Amendment Ranking Member Elijah Cummings leading the way.
back-fill

As the House Democrats extend their temper tantrum into a fundraiser, it’s worth pointing out their rank hypocrisy when it comes to guns.

A few important points:

First, Deputy Attorney General of the Criminal Division Lanny Breuer (the number two man in DOJ), approved wiretaps for Operation Fast and Furious. Wiretap applications require excruciating detail about a case to be presented before approval. Wiretaps are considered the most intrusive tool law enforcement can use. Breuer, who read through the wiretap applications, knew details of the strategy used in Fast and Furious, letting guns walk into Mexico without alerting
If Wilkinson’s “I don’t recall,” argument sounds familiar, there’s a reason why. On May 3, 2011, Attorney General Eric Holder testifed before the House Judicary Committee that he had only known about Fast and Furious, “for a couple of weeks.”
Mexican authorities, yet he approved it anyway. New emails released last Friday in a late night document dump, show Attorney General Eric Holder was briefed about Brian Terry’s death just hours after he was murdered in the early morning hours on December 15, 2010.

Later in the day, Holder’s deputy chief of staff at the time Monty Wilkinson, was told directly by former Arizona U.S. Attorney Dennis Burke that the guns found at the murder scene were part of Operation Fast and Furious. According to the report, Wilkinson doesn’t “recall” that email, despite replying to it with, “Call you tomorrow.” Burke, who resigned from his position as U.S. Attorney in August, was in “complete agreement” with former ATF Special Agent in Charge of the Phoenix Division Bill Newell about Fast and Furious tactics according to a January 8, 2010 briefing memo.

If Wilkinson’s “I don’t recall,” argument sounds familiar, there’s a reason why. On May 3, 2011, Attorney General Eric Holder testifed before the House Judicary Committee that he had only known about Fast and Furious, “for a couple of weeks.” Five months later, memos addressed directly to Holder surfaced, with details and discussion about the program. In defense, Holder said he didn’t read the memos and that his staff didn’t inform him of their content.

Second, the report claims Fast and Furious was not used as a way for the Obama administration to push through back door gun control measures.

“The report debunks many unsubstantiated conspiracy theories. Contrary to repeated claims by some, the Committee has obtained no evidence that Operation Fast and Furious was a politically-motivated operation conceived and directed by high-level Obama Administration political appointees at the Department of Justice,” Cummings wrote in the report. [Full Deck]

AHEM
"Second, the report claims Fast and Furious was not used as a way for the Obama administration to push through back door gun control measures."
Documents:
ATF used "Fast and Furious" to make the case for gun regulations

Documents obtained by CBS News show that the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) discussed using their covert operation "Fast and Furious" to argue for controversial new rules about gun sales .CBS NEWS, December 7, 2011
While we're happy that House Republicans still have tenacity enough to pursue this scandal  criminal action by the Obamas; that certain of the investigators are intent on snipping ties to the gun control motive—the ONLY plausible reason for  the exercise in the first place—is troubling.  And guess what?  Like him or not, Donald Trump is the only hope we have of putting this lot on the dock.

Eric Holder - A Liar's Liar

Barack Obama rejects calls for Eric Holder to resign

“
President Barack Obama has forcefully rejected calls for Attorney General Eric Holder to resign over a controversial federal law enforcement operation that allegedly allowed hundreds of guns to flow to Mexican drug cartels. [Brietbart Full]

Holder

Eric Holder is Obama's Attorney General for precisely the same reason Hillary Clinton made him Janet Reno's "Go-To" guy ( United States Attorney for the District of Columbia) — he's a lap dog who will protect his liege at any cost.

A Federal district judge said today that Ira C. Magaziner, the chief architect of President Clinton's health plan, had given misleading testimony to the court, and he asked Federal prosecutors to determine whether the statements amounted to perjury or criminal contempt of court.

He referred the case to the United States Attorney for the District of Columbia, Eric H. Holder, "for further development of the facts in order to determine whether a criminal offense has been committed."

In August, the Justice Department argued that "no contempt of court has occurred," and that "Mr. Magaziner's reputation has been unfairly maligned as a result of plaintiffs' baseless allegations."

[Architect of Health Plan Could Face Charges - December 22, 1994]

Not only did Magaziner commit perjury, but Hillary Clinton was present in the courtroom nodding her assent to those lies.  I've lost track of referrals to the DOJ for perjury, of damned near every person in the Clinton administration, but not one resulted in any action. It  took a special prosecutor to finally nail the Liar-in-Chief.  Holder is so corrupt he makes Janet Reno look like Thomas à Becket.

Holder ...the America of Barack Obama!

Holder's Mustache

Eric Holder blasts ‘orange man’ Trump:
‘We want the America of Barack Obama’

“You don’t do politics when you’re attorney general, but as a private citizen and as a defender of the Obama legacy, I’m free to say what I want and to say it in the way that I’d like to,” Mr. Holder told the website for an “Off Message” podcast titled “Eric Holder Is Tired of Being Polite.”

DRUDGE
2008

It's not for nothing that an obscure bit of internet geek wisdom—Godwin's Law— morphed into the  "The first person to mention Hitler in a debate automatically loses!" meme.   Obama's apologists needed something to stifle any association with one of the original Obamnunusts. Godwin grew wings.

Even during the 2008 campaign it was impossible to ignore the  Nazi-Obamunista  parallel, what with marching children, and that bizarre "Triumph of the Will" acceptance speech theatrical, and later thug tactics used to silence critics.
But there's a much more important issue at stake here than geek semantics. Because those who would (incorrectly) invoke "Godwin's Law" are actively seeking to obliterate from memory not only some of the core building-blocks of civilisation and language, but also some of humanity's most important, and most painfully-learned, lessons -World of Stuart
Eric Holder quickly served notice that this administration would brook no challenge to implementing the Obamareich, using his unique perspective of written law.

e.g. The tiny city of Kinston, N.C. approved a ballot initiative to hold  nonpartisan elections— that is, remove party affiliations from the ballot.  It's notable the Kinston is a predominantly Black hamlet.  Holder challenged that law, and successfully sued in Federal court to have it overturned.  The reasoning? That lack of access to party affiliation would discriminate against minority voters who otherwise wouldn't’ know how to find Democratic candidates on a ballot. The implication is obvious - Democrats own the Black vote,  and think they're too stupid to make the correct decision based on understanding. Res Ipsa Loquitor

More famously, Holder had the gall to challenge an Arizona law that actually mirrored US immigration law.  A law that served notice that illegal aliens were illegal, and gave local authorities the right to send them packing back over the border.  Holder called it a violation of federal law—I'm not making this up—and the administration called on their Hollywood scripted media to condemn Arizona and it's racist citizenry.

I posit here, as I have many times before, that Attorney General Eric Holder has Nazi running through his blood.

Sylvia Thompson asks ...

Liberal Plantation

“

Understand this, folks, if you glean nothing else from the madness going on in Missouri. Eric Holder is in Ferguson, at the behest of Obama, for the express purpose of subverting justice.
Where are the white residents of Ferguson, Missouri – people brandishing signs reading "Justice for Officer Jay Nixon"? There may be a need to bring whites in from other locations, as the blacks have done. Whatever it takes, but white people had better begin to show force and fight back against the ongoing destruction of all that has been achieved in the racial arena in America. Gains made over many decades by many Americans, both black and white. Conservative blacks cannot fight this fight for you. You must fight it.

Yes, I am black, descendant of slaves, reared under Jim Crow segregation, and all that minutiae, but I am also extremely tired of the "somebody else is the cause of my problems" mentality engrossing too many black people. A mentality that elitists Barack Obama and Eric Holder have preyed upon throughout their miserable careers.

Understand this, folks, if you glean nothing else from the madness going on in Missouri. Eric Holder is in Ferguson, at the behest of Obama, for the express purpose of subverting justice. That is what these two despicable men do – subvert justice, so as to perpetuate divisiveness and hatred among blacks and whites. I am not a psychologist, but a good reader of human nature, and I detect that Holder's twisted ego is stroked mightily by all those non-elite blacks fawning over his presence. The "activist" Attorney General is their savior; he will see that the white man suffers, guilty or not.

I recently caught a glimpse of Holder on TV working a group of blacks as if he were one of them. He is not. He is elite and privileged, and these black masses mean nothing to him (or to Obama), other than in the furtherance of a Leftistagenda. If these agitators can be coaxed to the poll booths, they will vote Democrat. Never mind that Obama and the Democrats are the reason for much of their economic and social woes.

I am becoming fed-up with the response (or lack thereof) that so many whites display in face of the criminal behavior of so many blacks. I have had it up to my brow with "political correctness" and "white guilt." I am even becoming increasingly irritated by conservative spokespeople, such as Rush Limbaugh, who, although in satire, displays a defeatist attitude toward black racism.

Limbaugh will often say "You cannot say that..." or "We will never be absolved of guilt...," in what he characterizes as satire. I understand what he is doing, but I sense that as a white person, he may use this tactic out of fear. Genuine fear of taking on the racists. Or perhaps fear that without satire he might provoke real action on the part of his millions of listeners, and he does not want that responsibility. I am unclear about his motives, but I do know that it is time for oppositional clarity, no satire.

Circumstances are much more dire since Obama was foolishly placed into the Presidency and Congress foolishly accepted his nomination of Eric Holder for Attorney General. These two men are leading the destruction of this nation, and that reality is dead serious. All conservative spokespeople and people in positions of leadership should be rallying Americans to fight these men.

When blacks begin tearing down a city (any city), whites should be supportive of the police (in their full, military hand-me-down gear), encouraging them to overrun, apprehend, and detain everybody on the street. And for those committing crimes, treat them as criminals and stop the crime. If that means killing people, so be it. That is the way the police would treat a mob of marauding whites. Safety of the police force should be paramount.

Ignoring the bad-asses and criminals (because of perceived grievances) has done nothing but terrorize decent citizens of all races in large inner cities. That lunacy must stop.

Policing is a dangerous occupation and given the police officer's task of confronting crime and protecting the rest of us from criminals, sometimes violence and killing is necessary. I will give any cop the benefit of the doubt over any suspected crook, whatever his color, until I am given evidence to think otherwise.

It behooves the rest of America to do the same. Or, I say police should refuse to work in areas where they are put upon by small-minded politicos, such as the Democrat governor of Missouri, Jay Nixon, and race-mongering law officials like Eric Holder. Police officers have unions; they should demand that bosses support the boycotting of hell-holes such as Ferguson, if they are to be demeaned.

One final note, ignore the Libertarian scare mongering about "militarized police." Libertarians tend to be elites who live nowhere near inner-city communities. They are more likely to be in gated facilities or areas so financially set that crime is something they experience only in the news. They have the luxury of whining about how the police are equipped; the rest of us just want them equipped at their best, and armed to the teeth.

Sylvia Thompson is a black conservative writer whose aim is to counter the liberal spin on issues pertaining to race and culture (more).

This from a Brave Black Woman (like my 2016 Pres. candidate - Dr. Ben Carson) who hits the bulls~eye as to how the majority Americans have become cave dwellers hiding in the dark and not confronting the obvious cultural, social, economic, national leadership turmoil that Obama and his gang of radical progressive stooges have imposed on America in the name of EEO, Affirmative Action, Multiculturalism, "African-American" and Radical Islam PC -- and just plain old fashion race baiting for their own personal and political gain.  We keep sinking deeper each day in their phony retribution, redistribution, save the poor mantra quicksand by keeping silent as they trample upon the Constitution, our very own liberty, freedom and our right to speak out against such blatant tyranny.

God Save America First!

p.s. I want to see where these elite stooges go hide when Islamic extremists blow up America--again! As Obama sits on his "Mr. Cool" (hide on the golf course) strategy to defend America from a world gone wacko, clearly a with big assist from him and his lunatic dictator policies.-  Diane Lyons

Our Corrupt DOJ

Must Eat Brains
Corrupt justice is no justice

It seems to me that a complete breakdown of police law enforcement is preferable to having to deal with an active, but politically corrupt force.  Like what our national police force have become under the stewardship of Eric Holder.

— Holder concludes black voters need Democratic Party
Obama administration recently overruled the electorate and decided that equal rights for black voters cannot be achieved without the Democratic Party.
—  etc

If Obama is Hitler, and he is, then Holder is his Reinhard Heydrich (or, for Godwinists,  Felix Dzerzhinsky to Obama's Lenin).  Now we learn the FBI may charge George Zimmerman with hate crime. Based on what?  Ask Holder.  Ask Holder about Fast & Furious too, while you're at it, but he ain't talking.
From the get-go it's been obvious  (Google "trayvon reporters fired") that this story was being pushed hard by phony black preachers and a  liberal media,  in order to kill Florida's "deadly force" law.  All of the evidence so far shows that Zimmerman was in fact attacked by Trayvon, so what else can we think?

There was no video of the Zimmerman attack, like there is in yesterday's vicious beating of a young U.S. Army soldier on a South Tampa street—   by three black and one "Hispanic looking" assailants.

I know what you're asking, because I am too— "how  do you suppose Holder and the Black Preacher Posse would have reacted had the young soldier been carrying, and shot  them dead?"

That's right.

KID FIGHT

"KID FIGHT"
War in the White House: attorney general Eric Holder and top Obama adviser David Axelrod 'had to be separated'

Res Ipsa Loquitur

Kid Fight— A Question of Honor

BLACK SCREEN

Very loud but muffled sound of people near fisticuffs. The sound grows
louder, but garbled. Two men stand chest to chest. It's like a
school yard
fight. The sounds should be painful and raw.

Valerie Jarret (O.S.)
"Oh Jesus Christ!"

Fade in on the two men. It's evident they're in the Oval Office (CGI added)

Holder:
"That's bullshit, and you know it David

Axelrod shuffles his feet, flexes his muscles and snarls a very snarly snarl.

Axelrod:
"Don't give me that crap Holder. I know you're much too honorable to
allow the politicization of the the Justice Dept. That's not at all what I meant, damn you."

Holder responds with a sucker punch. Axe's head jerks backward. They grapple.
It should sound like they're having sex; flesh pounds, both moaning.

Holder (huffing):
"Well just make damned sure you never do anything that would call my integrity into question!"

Axelrod spits blood.

Axelrod:
F**k you. Excuse the language, but I'm not Karl Rove damn you! I'm an honest political consultant! And the President is not George W Bush!  We just want the American people to get a square deal.

Valerie rushes in (S.L.) Gets between them, back to camera, and puts a hand on
each man's chest.

Valerie:
Boys, please. This is the Oval Office. The people's office. Take the
rough stuff outside!

The face of a very pretty young girl with long blond hair.
Her face is inches from the CAMERA, the CAMERA is above her,
