TSA ALL STARS

In the wake of 9-11 Bush 43 created the TSA because ... because  he could.  And because we needed, he said,  professionally trained, security minded unionized  personal who can't be fired manning American airport security ramparts.  Hilarity ensued. Predictably

TSA Rifles Through Bags, Conducts Pat Downs At Paul Ryan Event

For some time we have been warning that the TSA is systematically moving beyond the nation’s airports and conducting operations on the streets of America.

The latest example of this kind of activity occurred at an event organized by Mitt Romney’s GOP running mate Paul Ryan this past weekend in The Villages, Florida.

Agents have even been spotted roaming around at public events such as sports games and music concerts, and even at high school proms.

The TSA even moved beyond its own borders this summer as agents were dispatched to airports in London for the Olympic Games.

The TSA has also announced its intention to expand the VIPR program to include roadside inspections of commercial vehicles, setting up a network of internal checkpoints and rolling out security procedures already active in airports, bus terminals and subway stations to roads and highways across the United States. Remember last year, when five Republican congressmen  introduced a Bill to outlaw criticism of the TSA?  This is not just a Democrat problem, it's an entire government that's out of control.

Planes, Trains, and Automobiles

Police State Culture

The Obamastapo
Planes, Trains, and Automobiles

It's not clear what these people are about.  If it's a dragnet after a kidnapping, bank robbery, etc., that's one thing.  However, now that the provisional wing of the Obamunista  (aka TSA gone wild) are let loose by Kommander Napolitano- on all forms of transportation (even walking)- it's another.

Juxtapose this with Eric Holder's war on Arizona's (and other state's rife with illegal aliens) law letting local police ask drivers, including Aztecs, detained for traffic violations for identification.

Enough is enough.  Whoever that guy in the video is, he's a good role model.  Thanks to Tom Smith for getting my blood moving this morning.

TSA Union Strikes Again

95-year-old A vet loses $300 during TSA pat-down

Res Ipsa Loquitur

Just one problem statism (police and nanny state) fosters are the idiots, nincompoops, sadists, morons and assholes who will invariably be turning the cranks.  TSA have been a godsend example of what to expect if this movement to nanny-statehood is not stopped.

Omer Petti, a 95-year-old retired Air Force major, said he expected to set off metal detectors at San Diego International Airport. He and his 85-year-old travel companion have two replaced knees, a replaced hip and a pair of wheelchairs between them. What they didn't anticipate was being subjected to full-on "humiliating" TSA private-room pat-downs. "Do I look like a terrorist?" he asked.

Worst of all, the TSA agent made Petti empty his pockets, including a money-clipped $300, which had disappeared from the screening area by the time he was released. Petti has filed police reports and TSA paperwork but hasn't gotten any satisfactory answers -- or his money. "I think I was scammed," he said. Teaparty arrest on gun charge ...

       WHAT GUMMINT DOES

Tea-party leader shocked by arrest on gun charges
Faces up to 15 years in prison, despite concealed-carry permit

"While in temporary transit through the state of New York in possession of an unloaded, lawful firearm that was locked in a (Transportation Security Administration)-approved safe, he legally declared his possession of the firearm in his checked baggage at the ticket counter as required by law and in a manner approved by TSA and the airline, yet was arrested by port authority for said possession," Stapleton said. Okay, we've come to expect incompetent asshattery from the TSA—   and that's too bad.

TSA Sex Advice? Woman Finds 'Freaky' Note (rollover) In Luggage

Frequent travelers may be used to finding an official note from the Transportation Security Administration alerting them that their checked bags have been searched, but rarely does the TSA take the opportunity to get a little more -- or a lot more -- personal with travelers.

But that's what one blogger said a TSA officer did based on an unusual note she found in her luggage today. Jill Filipovic, a blogger at Feministe.us, tweeted a picture of the TSA notification on which, alongside the official form, someone had scrawled "GET YOUR FREAK ON GIRL" in big capital letters.

The Stranger With aHangman's Noose

Confiscated, or abandoned at an airport
Looking for a back-story here boss.

Hangman's Noose

I found this via Drudge's link to PROPERTY SEIZURE AT AIRPORTS TURNS A PROFIT. It's hard not to get pissed when you read the article, and look at some of the items seized - like tiny belt buckle jewelry in the shape of guns.  But a hangman's noose? There has to be a back-story here, and I think it's most likely this.

TSA Lady: "Sir, why are you carrying this rope?"
Passenger:
"Not that it's any of your bidness, but I'm a rodeo cowboy."
TSA Lady: "This thing must weigh  12 pounds.  Maurice,  come look at this ..."
TSA Agent Maurice: "Holy Sh*t!  This a mother-fu**ing noose Patti. "
Passenger: "No 'taint."
TSA Lady: Sir, your ticket is to Washington's Reagan airport ...  "
TSA Agent Maurice: (interrupts) " ... I seen rodeos, and this ain't being no rodeo rope.  It's too heavy/  This here's a rope they hangin' people with."
Passenger: (Snatches rope from Maurice)  — "Alright coppers, you got me.  Yeah, I was going to Washington and hang me a congressman.  Any congressman as long as it's a democrat.  But right now I'm fixing to leave, all peaceable like.  I'll hang the first one of you who tries to stop me."
TSA Lady: "Maurice, I think he means it.  Let him go."
Passenger: (Drops rope, rushes toward boarding area) - "So long suckers ... !"

Harlequin Novel, Updated

Harlequin Novel, Updated

He grasped me firmly, but gently, just above my elbow and guided me into
a room, his room. Then he quietly shut the door and we were alone. He approached me soundlessly, from behind, and spoke in a low, reassuring voice close to my ear.

"Just relax."

TSA BARRY
Without warning, he reached down and I felt his strong, calloused hands start at my ankles, gently probing, and moving upward along my calves, slowly but steadily. My breath caught in my throat.

I knew I should be afraid, but somehow I didn't care.  His touch was so experienced, so sure. When his hands moved up onto my thighs, I gave a slight shudder, and partly closed my eyes. My pulse was pounding. I felt his knowing fingers caress my abdomen, my ribcage.  And then, as he cupped my firm, full breasts in his hands, I inhaled sharply.

Probing, searching, knowing what he wanted, he brought his hands to my shoulders, slid them down my tingling spine and into my panties.   Although I knew nothing about this man, I felt oddly trusting and expectant. This is a man, I thought. A man used to taking charge. A man not used to taking  'No' for an answer. A man who would tell me what he wanted. A man who would look into my soul and say . . .

"Okay ma'am, you can board your flight now."

TSA & Your DNA

After touching your junk, TSA now
wants to scan and harvest your DNA

Neo Mengele
As if it's not enough for the TSA to feel you up at the airport, now they're experimenting with rapid results DNA scanners that can scan and analyze your DNA using just a drop of saliva. Spit at the TSA agent who is molesting you, in other words, and they can use that saliva to scan your DNA and then store it in a government database.

Why would they want to do that? We can only imagine. Remember, it was Alex Jones who broke the story about hospitals secretly taking blood samples of babies and handing them over to the federal government for use in a national genetic database.

Big Gummint & Bigt Labor

TSA and Big Labor: A Bad Union

Just days after the Senate failed to prevent the TSA from holding a vote to unionize, investigators at Newark airport uncovered a long-running scam in which TSA screeners were using their security powers to steal from passengers.

If that's what we can expect now, what can we look forward to once the mouth-breathers at the front lines of the war on terror are allowed to bargain collectively with stodgy Uncle Sam? Ed Feulner proffers a glimpse: "Look what happened in Toronto over the Thanksgiving holiday in 2006.

Public Sector Union Thugs
Canadian law allows airline screeners to unionize, and at that time, the Toronto airport union was unhappy with how the talks were going. So they decided to send a little message to government: They started hand-inspecting every single piece of luggage. As planned, of course, this caused huge back-ups, and many fliers missed their flights." Sounds lovely, no? It gets better: "To help move people along, managers allowed 250,000 people to board their flights without being screened." It's like airport screeners, many of whom are apparently toads, will be able to form one giant toad that keeps you from flying anywhere, ever.

Man arrested after ejaculating during TSA patdown

Man arrested after ejaculating during -
Yes, during TSA pat-down..

TSA agent gropes man A 47 year old gay man was arrested at San Francisco International Airport after ejaculating while being patted down by a male TSA agent.  Percy Cummings, an interior designer from San Francisco, is being held without bail after the alleged incident, charged with sexually assaulting a Federal agent.

According to Cummings’ partner, Sergio Armani, Cummings has “multiple piercings on his manhood” which were detected during a full body scan.  As a result, Cummings was pulled aside for a pat-down.  Armani stated that the unidentified TSA agent spent “an inordinate amount of time groping” Cummings, who had apparently become sexually aroused.  Cummings, who has a history of sexual dysfunction, ejaculated while the TSA agent’s hand was feeling the piercings.  The TSA agent, according to several witnesses, promptly called for back up.  Cummings was thrown to the ground and handcuffed.

A TSA spokesperson declined to comment on this specifc case, but said that anyone ejaculating during a pat-down would be subject to arrest.

I'll have what he's having
I just read this to MoSup, and her response was, "Why?  Where's the law against ejaculating anyplace you want, as long as you're not exposed?"  To that I add, especially in San Francisco or Berkeley!
Anyway, I would love to be that guy's lawyer.  Not the criminal lawyer who gets him acquitted.  The contingency ambulance chaser who sues TSA for $90 $billion for pain, suffering, and humiliation.  And wins.
