Woman Arrested for Reciting Constitution at Tax Meeting “have never experienced this type of extreme behavior from a taxpayer” “ Eileen Hart said she did not allow the Assessment and Appraisal Systems to inspect her home because her husband was not present at the time. She also cited religious reasons. Because it was denied access, the company revalued her property at a higher rate. Hart attended the meeting last weekend to complain about the revaluation and the arbitrary move by the county to assess the value of her property. After she began reciting the Constitution to support her argument, an Appraisal Systems employee escorted her from the public building. “I didn’t scream, I didn’t yell.  I have the right to air my grievances against the government in a public setting. I’ve never threatened anyone a day in my life.” A spokeswoman for Gloucester County said the assessor “has never experienced this type of extreme behavior from a taxpayer” and the police were notified, apparently because reading the Constitution is considered extremist and a threat. After police arrested her, they demanded she hand over her two guns, a .357-caliber Smith & Wesson revolver and a .40-caliber Glock for “safekeeping.” If she had refused, a judge would have set bail too high for her family to pay. “I have permits for each of them. I applied legally, I got them legally,” she said. “Now I can’t defend myself. I never said the word ‘gun’ at the meeting. None of those people would have even known I was a gun owner.” [Full story] I see this as a pretty graphic example of the peril we all face—if things progress the way they seem to be.  We,  all of us,  are wont to yell with some bravado about our many weapons (figure of speech since I don't have any) and ammo caches. But when the door slams shut (i.e. crashes open) it will be like this.  Uniforms will ask if you own guns.  If you say yes, they'll demand you turn them over.  If you say no and they think you do, they'll' tear your house apart.  You can't hide weapons in the house. Remember, government will know every purchase you've made for the past few years, and that includes gun supplies.  You'd better have a 9mm to go with all that 9mm ammo. I don't have a solution; it's something everyone needs to sort for themselves.  But being aligned with like-minded people, like a gun club, militia, or  living in a strongly patriotic neighborhood is  critical.  And you have to make decisions before hand.  Will you use that Colt ACP in your hand?  I doubt it. This problem will not be going away.  The media are nearly 100% behind this nascent totalitarian regime (as I see them), so public opinion, at best, will largely be against you if you resist.  Not until they thrmselves  are led to the open pit will they do a Martin Niemöller, and that's too late for everyone.  CHOICES as I see them- in order of preference Political solution: national resentment becomes uncontrollable forcing the removal of the administration en masse. Gizmos    Sennheiser: Stuff That Works Almost two years ago I bought Sennheiser RS120 926 MHz Wireless RF Headphones. Years of rock bands and machine gunning leave me damned near deaf. For the past 3-4 years I turned to TV Ears (3 different sets at $100+) so I can understand what's being said in British movies. Here's what I have to say now.  I'm still using the original (rechargeable) AAA batteries.  I fall asleep with them on almost every night.  I've dropped them on the hardwood floor several times without incident.  What more can I say?  Sennheiser is one damned good company. I wish it was an American company, but it's German.

The meeting was held in an auditorium and included everyone – from agents to the secretaries. The meeting was organized by the Director of the Biometric Identification Management Agency (BIMA), Colonel Bolo (ret.). Bolo summarized the purchase of 24 new armored vehicles (each costing $400k) and the recent appearance of 20 mobile headquarters that are now present at the facility. The mobile units are semi-trailers with attached generators in the front; are of a shiny, mirrored-silver finish; and have no identifiable markings on them at all. There are 20 of them parked (visibly in front) at 1000 Cluster Hollow Rd, Clarksburg, WV as of today. Additionally, there are 24 armored cars (the same ones we have seen with DHS markings) parked in a different lot on this property, but they too may be visible. “As in the period before the Oklahoma City bombing, we now also are seeing ominous threats from those who believe that the government is poised to take their guns,” the letter stated. “Because of the looming dangers, we urge you to establish an interagency task force to assess the adequacy of resources devoted to responding to the growing threat of non-Islamic domestic terrorism.” The Southern Poverty Law Center — a left-leaning nonprofit that monitors groups it deems hateful and extremist The Colonel went into great detail on a list of patriot/constitutional groups. I used to think that mass roundups would never happen – but with this new information, I can clearly see that this is exactly what is going to happen (at least to a certain number of militia/patriot groups). And inevitably, any action this crazy will result in a reaction by others. The specter of Civil War in this country is a real and present danger folks – prepare. Several articles especially the local paper in CA. Most absorbing was comments section in some articles of interviews by neighbors. It appears to be a hit but local law is calling it double murder suicide. This doesn't add up to the people that knew him. Marshall was an author that was linking George Bush, Saudi's and others to 911. He was former CIA along with Bobby Seal (Also Murdered) who was murdered this past Feb. There is enough evidence, (conspiracy) that the same people, going back to JFK through Viet Nam, Iran Contra, 911 and Sandy Hook were complicit. Many commentators supplied links that peaked my interest. Some people are dead from the JFK era, but the institution lives on CIA? Media outlets have pressed for the release of more records, which could shed light on a crime that has revived the national debate over gun control and could change the way guns are regulated. The massacre has led to proposals for universal background checks on gun buyers and bans on assault weapons and high-capacity ammunition magazines. Number three  refers to the fact "Girl Power Means Fire Power" I guess this will come down to people deciding whether this government would manufacture tragic situations in order to create public acceptance for their imposition of  restrictions? Before Ann Coulter,or other normally reasonable people call all this preposterous, I'd like to see some plausible explanations.  Not by a film produced by the CIA.  That blames it on a fuel leak. And certainly not by some Leftist web site presenting Adam Lanza's  Hawaii birth certificate, and then anecdotal proof that he was indeed a nutter who frequented NRO gun ranges. That's right.  I'm in the camp that now believe government that this government, especially, will do whatever it takes to achieve it's goals.
