Running Amok

Democrats Run Amok

... on May 27, 2009, Obama released a memo about how great the FOIA is, and how he was going to make it even better by the power of his awesomeness:...

and now

A proposed revision to Freedom of Information Act rules would allow federal agencies to lie to citizens and reporters seeking certain records, telling them the records don't exist. The Justice Department has proposed the change as part of a large revision of FOIA rules for federal agencies. Specifically, the rule would direct government agencies who are denying a request under an established FOIA exemption to 'respond to the request as if the excluded records did not exist,' rather than citing the relevant exemption. Obama Doubles Down

Leskobama
Doubles-Down

Today, Obama will travel to Las Vegas where he will outline new steps to help borrowers refinance. The White House leaked the story to the Post’s chief competitors on the national newspaper scene, the New York Times and the Wall Street Journal, as well as Reuters.

Quoting administration officials, here’s a portion of the Journal’s description of Obama’s proposal, which it says Obama is expected to talk about Monday:
Filthy Democrats

The overhaul will, among other things, let borrowers refinance regardless of how far their homes have fallen in value, eliminating previous limits. The plan will streamline the refinance process by eliminating appraisals and extensive underwriting requirements for most borrowers. Fannie and Freddie have also agreed to waive some fees that made refinancing less attractive for some.

Via Larwyn's Linx, Petty Punishment for the Washington Post exposes another Obama pettiness. The real story though is that, not for the first time, this nincompoop is giving us more of what poisoned us.

I posted this video last week, and now it's evidently become the iconic video of the OWS era.  Make sure you see the pasty-face girl whiner at the end.  She's so iconic that I may replace generic-maggot pie girl — she's been my pasty-poster girl since August, 2003, with her.  But, maybe not.

[...]

All of this is a shorthand way of saying that the Iranian revolution and the Muslim Brotherhood share a similar political ideology, even if their theology is different. In other words, the differences between Sunnis and Shiites are not insurmountable from either Iran's or the Muslim Brotherhood's point of view. When Ayatollah Khatami roots for the protesters in Egypt, then, it is a safe bet that he and others in Iran are specifically cheering on the Muslim Brotherhood. [Iran, the Muslim Brotherhood, and revolution]
This is like the despicable John McCain being defeated by Barack Obama.  A disaster for the free world.  The same people who cheered then, cheer now.

I listened this morning to heads on FOX and Friends wondering aloud, "now that we are leaving Iraq (an action condemned even by Ron Paul! for chrisake), will Iran take advantage?"   Am I the smartest man on the world? That's right, not even close.  They, then, must be the dumbest.  The media universally applaud as, one by one,  autonomous middle east tyrants are overthrown by hard core Islamo monsters who openly proclaim their intentions to create one giant Islamic state.  How short sighted can media be?

JustiaGate
Where  someone erased legal precedent by altering references to the words
 "Minor V. Happersett."
—  Article 2 Section 1's natural-born citizen clause in determining a citizenship

Someone was incredibly busy in June 2008 working on an illegal front invisible to the public; searching and altering Supreme Court Cases published at Justia.com which cite the only case in American history - Minor v. Happersett (1875) - to directly construe Article 2 Section 1's natural-born citizen clause in determining a citizenship issue as part of its holding and precedent.  In this unanimous decision, the Supreme Court defined a "native or natural-born citizen" as a person born in the US to parents who were citizens; a definition which excludes from eligibility both Barack Obama and John McCain.

Where was Sandy Berger?

Note that the shenanigans began in June.

By Michael Dobbs
Washington Post Staff Writer
Friday, May 2, 2008

The Senate has unanimously declared John McCain a natural-born citizen, eligible to be president of the United States.

June was the month that questions about Barry's birth caused his handlers to begin a series of fraudulent document creation that persists today. I'm just saying.

Look at how, what's the word?  "Reckless."  How almost hysterically reckless the mission was carried out.  Just a year prior Clinton's former national security adviser  Sandy Berger stole and evidently destroyed  original, uncatalogued, highly classified terrorism (Clinton Admin) documents from the National Archives.  This was just prior to the Senate's 9-11 Commission hearings.  I'm suggesting that Democrats will do ANYTHING  when exposure of their failings, misdeeds, or  felonies are to be exposed.  Ahem.

Meanwhile, at the “Supreme Court Center” of the influential legal research website Justia.com, efforts were underway corrupting at least 25 Supreme Court cases by erasing references to the words "Minor V. Happersett" along with references to other relevant cases on the issue along with the insertion of misleading numerical ciations.  And In two documented cases actual text was removed.

Clearly this was done in these specific cases in order to prevent their being found by internet researchers long before anyone had even begun to look for them, even before Obama would win the Democratic Nomination at the DNC Convention in Denver, Colorado in August '08. This is premeditation and intent to deceive.

So far, 25 corrupted SCOTUS have been identified, and this number may continue to rise as the scope of the tampering becomes apparent.   [Read the full story]

It goes without saying that this will be Sixty-Minutes' headline feature tonight.  Unless CBS, like me, are certain this is an Obama crime.  Then, nothing.  Let's wait and see.

Mr. Obam's Neighborhood Friends ...........

Beware the U.S. 'day of rage'
a retrospective look

Domestic Terrorists
Obama's announcement for the Illinois Senate in 1996 was held here (rollover), in the home of Bill Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn.  During his 2008 campaign he said he barely knew Ayers.  "He's just some guy in the neighborhood."

In 1969 Leftwing domestic terrorist William 'Bill' Ayers, head of the group known as 'the Weathermen,' staged the 'days of rage' in Chicago during which acts of violence, mayhem, and destruction of property were conducted as a means by which Progressive extremists would... so disrupt the country that its economic and social system would crumble and be replaced by a Marxist and pacifistic model.
[...]
Ayers called on the Marxist minions to kill their parents.
[...]

On September 17 of this year yet another 'day of rage' is scheduled to occur in New York City on Wall Street, as once again the militant Marxist Progressives attempt to shut down the stock market and bring to ruin several large firms. ...  And the key players in this year's display of mayhem have a direct connection with those who staged the first event in 1969.

The usual suspects are involved--the union SEIU, former directors of ACORN, and other Leftist organizations that have come to the forefront of attention since the Presidential election of 2008. But as a special report published in 2003  [FULL]

There are inescapable conclusions to be drawn from this.

Imelt Umelt We'allmelt ... .

Fleas Occupy GE CEO Jeff Immelt's Connecticut Lawn

Flea CarrierImmelt actually came out in support of the Occupy Wall Street movement last week at a Thomson Reuters event in New York:

“Unemployment is 9.1% and underemployment is much higher than that, particularly among young people that don’t have a college degree,” he said. “It is natural to assume people are angry, and so I think we have to be empathetic and understand that people are not feeling great.” [Full]

If I'm a GE stockholder, I'm ecstatic.  But then, had I gotten in on  Ferdinand Porsche's new venture in 1937, I'd have been tickled as well.  For awhile.  Blah-Blah-Blah.  Here's the real Imelt [via Empty Wheel]
While Immelt was calling for manufacturing to stay in the U.S., his company was at the same time shipping manufacturing jobs overseas by canceling an order with an American-based wind turbine maker, ATI Casting Service in LaPorte, Ind., so that GE could instead buy the parts from a factory in China.

Recently, ATI made $30 million worth of investments to buy, convert, and modernize a shuttered factory in economically ravaged Michigan so the company could provide more parts to GE as the green economy expands with federal stimulus funding. But a Chinese firm underbid ATI, and the factory faced having to lay off 302 union workers and shutter the plant.

In an aggressive bid to keep the factory open, ATI offered to match the price of the Chinese producers. GE once again said they would prefer to buy from China. The ATI plant is now closed, the jobs gone. [Full]

Chapter XXXVII - The Milk Run ....

Obama Will Cut Off All TV and Radio Broadcasts on Nov. 9
Temporarily
Because He Can

Commelrad Test

If you have ever wondered about the government’s ability to control the civilian airwaves, you will have your answer on November 9th.

On that day, federal authorities are going to shut off all television and radio communications simultaneously at 2:00PM EST to complete the first ever test of the national Emergency Alert System (EAS).

Only the President has the authority to activate EAS [code name Coml-rad] at the national level, and he has delegated that authority to the Director of FEMA.
[....]
Now we know in the event of a major crisis, the American people will be told with one voice, at the same time, about an emergency.

All thats left to determine is who will have control of the EAS when that day comes, and what their message will be. [Full Report]

If the Obama Administration was a book written by, say Tom Clancy, it's been a real pot-boiler so far, wouldn't you agree?   When you reach this chapter—  this is  page one, what comes naturally to mind?  That's right. That doesn't mean we should get panicky over this... this first ever flexing of FEMA's muscle; but an alarm did sound back in Chapter.One.  And again in every chapter since. I'm just saying.

The OWS movement has great potential for turning the tables on it's communist/Obamunist organizers.  Now politically charged, many for the first time in their lives, a lot of these rogue kids could wind up in the Tea Party.  We do share the same concerns; the principal difference being their ignorance about the nexus of their (our)  plight.

From the UOC employee in October 2010: "Baby I wanna make love to u again doing it in ur office was crazy."

From the DDOT employee a few days later: "I would like to see you again, even if it were just at a quickie in my office."

From the DDOT employee a few days after that: "I would not have been able to make love with you in the bed my husband and I share, in my office, or in the work car, had I not been in love with you. ..."

From the UOC employee, ten minutes later: " ... can we enjoy the present, and think about the future later, and if u feel like that this is too much for you be honest and just walk away. Ur still married and I have other relationships...  I want to enjoy our time together, when I come to ur office I will pick u up and take u home, I won't try and get intimate in ur office anymore baby..."

The photo appeared in 1932 Fortune magazine. The Supreme Court at the time was made up of four conservatives (McReynolds, Butler, van Devanter, Sutherland), three liberals (Brandeis, Stone, Cardozo) and two moderates (Hughes, Roberts). [Source]
But, to the point ...

Texas Gov. Rick Perry has taken a lot of flack for saying, in an off-the-cuff comment, that he believed Texas could secede from the union if it didn’t like what Washington was doing. Do you believe secession is a legitimate option for states?

On this issue, Gov. Perry is correct. The taboo on secession is a trick played by the Big Government types. We became a country, for Heaven’s sake, by seceding from Great Britain. And the “sheet anchor of our liberties,” the Declaration of Independence, is a legal and moral justification for secession, and it is codified in federal law.

This is a great interview. I of course scurried to find a photograph of the SCOTUS sitting en banc, but there is evidently a prohibition against such pictures.  So as far as I know The Supremes exist only in the minds of the New York Times which use it to ... I've run amok, haven't  I?  Anyway, I wanted a photochop of Chief Justice Napolitano telling the Obama Justices they were fired.  Do your own thought bubble on that.  My point of course is that Napolitano would be an ideal Justice.  I'm not making that up.  Here's one more exchange for the lazy, or otherwise disinterested.

Has our freedom really been curtailed so considerably? Certainly, there hasn’t been as significant an infringement on personal liberty as there was during World War I and World War II, right? Aren’t we are still one of the freest countries in the world?

Being among the freest countries in the world is a meek standard. Our freedoms are far less than they were during the two world wars.

We have a president who has been judge, jury, and executioner on an American; who has started a war without congressional authorization; and who thinks the Constitution is just a - Judge Andrew Napolitano in interview
