Union Fraud Galore in Wisconsin Vote

UPDATE: Fraudulent ballot applications believed found...
"I'm on one of four [Union) buses from Michigan on the way to vote for Barrett ... "

From students using class schedules to "prove" that they live in Wisconsin (but not who they actually are), to multiple accounts of people being "bused" in, dozens of accounts of Democrat and Union attempts to commit voter fraud in Wisconsin have hit the news. One town even has turnout that was reportedly six times the votes normally cast in a "heavy" participation election- and that was at 10:30 am in the morning.

First is a story from Milwaukee, in which students printed out a piece of paper in order to "prove" their identities. Last Friday, on a High School field trip, two teachers and dozens of students voted "during the early in-person absentee balloting period." To prove their identity, they provided a sheet of paper that simply stated the students' alleged names and what classes they might attend. Their date of birth was confirmed not to be on the schedule. Even worse? Milwaukee's Election Commission director Sue Edmond stated that, even should they find out that the students lied about their DOB or who they were, their votes would not be discounted.

Second, Wisconsin voter John Barrett reported that he voted this morning in the town of Norway. According to him, heavy turnout would be around 300, with low turnout in the 90s. Yet, when he voted early in the morning (at 10:30), he was already vote number 1,794:

Third
, and more horrifying, comes this account from the website Free Republic. A voter went in to cast their ballot, yet was faced with a 25 minute wait. After looking around, this person found out that the hold up was due to "non-medical personnel" demanding that elderly people vote for Tom Barrett. The "helpers" were screaming the f-word at the folks and telling them to defecate on themselves. Eventually, they realized that they were being listened to and chased off the voter. But that was after physically threatening them and breaking their phone.

Finally, there is the account that is burning up the internet, particularly YouTube and Twitter. A caller to the Chris Plante Show witnessed unions illegally busing people from Michigan into Wisconsin in order to vote against Governor Walker. You can listen to the call below: [Pundit Press]

Thank goodness Holder is there, eh?  Since voter fraud is a capital offense (isn't it?), he'll have to execute several thousand union people, poor guy.

  • Officials from President Obama's Justice Department, headed by Attorney General Eric Holder, are in Wisconsin today "monitoring" polling places for any discrimination or civil rights violations. Just as Eric Holder held up the rights of white voters after they were intimidated outside of a Philadelphia polling place in 2008 by New Black Panthers....oh wait, that didn't happen.  [Vote Monitoring: Justice Department in Wisconsin Today]

  • After months of being missing in action with support for Democrat Tom Barrett who is running against Republican Scott Walker today for governor in Wisconsin, President Obama finally threw his support behind Barrett... on Twitter. President Obama and the DNC have received heavy criticism for their absence during what big labor, Obama's biggest supporter, sees as a crucial election in Wisconsin and for the general future of unions. [Obama Finally Jumps in Wisconsin Race]

Res Ipsa Loquitur

Attorney General Eric Holder recently told a group of black clergymen that the right to vote was being threatened by people who are seeking to block access to the ballot box by blacks and other minorities.

This is truly world-class chutzpah, by an Attorney General who stopped attorneys in his own Department of Justice from completing the prosecution of black thugs who stationed themselves outside a Philadelphia voting site to harass and intimidate white voters.

This may have seemed like a small episode to some at the time, but it was only the proverbial tip of the iceberg. The U.S. Attorney who was prosecuting that case -- J. Christian Adams -- resigned from the Department of Justice in protest, and wrote a book about a whole array of similar race-based decisions on voting rights by Eric Holder and his subordinates at the Department of Justice.

The book is titled "Injustice: Exposing the Racial Agenda of the Obama Justice Department." It names names, dates and places around the country where the Department of Justice stopped its own attorneys from pursuing cases of voter fraud and intimidation, when it was blacks who were accused of these crimes.

I could post this under , Black Racists or Filthy Democrats.    I picked Police State Culture because that's what this administration is moving us toward. Rapidly.

Polling across the board shows Walker easily beating Barrett today, handing the Democrat Party a huge defeat.  Huge.  Let's see if they can pull off another Al Franken. They're sure trying.

Obama's College Records

10 Reasons Obama Must Disclose His College Records

Res Ipsa Loquitur

Vetting: Desperate, Obama supporters portray all who look into his past as "birthers." Now they ridicule efforts to find how a pot-smoking slacker got into Columbia and Harvard.

But Obama's college records are a legitimate campaign issue. Mysteries abound, chiefly concerning his transfer to Columbia and ascension to Harvard. Voters, moreover, have had the benefit of knowing other recent Democrat White House hopefuls' course work and grades.

If there's nothing to hide, why not release these academic records?

Why is the White House stonewalling?

An objective press corps ought to be curious. But it has by and large refused to pursue the issue, even though it hectored George W. Bush to release his college transcripts.

Here are 10 reasons the electorate has every right to see Obama's records:

Here's two of the ten reasons given by Investor's Business Daily -

3. Obama was stoned half the time in high school, according to biographer David Maraniss. He even had a personal drug dealer who scored potent weed for him and his Choom Gang of stoners. He was known as a loafer in school. Yet somehow he got a full academic ride to Occidental College.

4. Obama's drug habits worsened at Oxy, where he toked on a three-foot bong and also snorted coke regularly. Professors say he took few notes in class and turned assignments in late. Yet somehow he managed to transfer to the more competitive, Ivy League Columbia. Did he benefit from affirmative action?

+ Romney ought to issue a challenge to Obama by turning over his grades from Brigham Young University, where he reportedly graduated with a 3.97 GPA and highest honors, and from Harvard, where he simultaneously earned an MBA and law degree.

Unbelievable. The Democrats are looking down the barrel of a humiliating defeat in Wisconsin’s recall election on Tuesday, so today they played their last card: they started a rumor that Scott Walker fathered an illegitimate child 24 years ago. The “scoop” comes from something called the Wisconsin Citizens Media Co-op. The “Co-op” attributes the story to a woman named Bernadette Gillick, who teaches physical therapy at the University of Minnesota. Ms. Gillick claims to have known Walker’s girlfriend (she adamantly denies that Walker is the father of her child)  when they were students at Marquette. The “Co-op” says it has “not been able to independently verify Bernadette’s account.” No surprise there.

Will the Democrats’ last-minute smear have any impact? It is hard to say ... [Democrats Go Over the Top With Last-Minute Walker Smear]

As for the girl?  The betting window is closed.

Garbo

Like many of you, uh - senior agents,  I have immersed myself in WWII history. Like oil from a sunken freighter,  there's a seemingly endless supply of new stuff seeping out.   New to me, anyway.

For some time NetFlix has been pushing the film "Garbo" on me. I really enjoyed "Garbo Talks," and I love biographies, so today I queued it up.  This Garbo, however, turned out to be one Juan Pujol Garcia.. This Spaniard, and a double agent during WWII,  more than anyone else  allowed the Normandy invasion to be carried off properly.  A real pistol.

Early on he went to the British embassy in Madrid and offered his services, in any capacity.  He was turned down.  So, he went to the Germans and told them he had ties in Britain, and offered his services to them.  They took him up on it.  Garcia (later named Garbo by the Brits, because he was the best actor they'd ever seen) set about setting up a network of spies all over Europe, and passing info to the Abwher (Nazi intelligence).  Except, all it was made up.  Everything.  He told them he was in London, but he'd never set foot in England, and was instead living in some Spanish fishing village, inventing  the agents, the information- all of it.  The Germans bought into it lock stock and barrel.  He tried three more times to work for the Allies, telling them that he was a trusted German spy, but was turned away.

What finally made them sit up and take notice was a false report he sent the Germans about a massive convoy launched from England to break the siege of Malta. The Germans countered with a huge convoy to intercept this non-existent armada and,  finally, the Brits thought, holy crap!  This guy could be useful.  It made me giggle like a school girl to watch how this played out.  The money the Germans payed him actually funded British intelligence during the war.  I love happy endings.

Holder stops Florida voter fraud purge

OBAMUNISM, The Party,
Holder to Florida: halt non-citizen voter purge
About 58 percent of those flagged as potential noncitizens are Hispanics!!!

Res Ipsa Loquitur

Previously: about 14 months ago an elections supervisor in southwest Florida, a fellow of insight, noted a substantial number of folks summoned for jury duty in his county were excused when they identified themselves as non-citizens. This struck the supervisor as important because potential jurors are dipped not from the pool of licensed drivers or from local utilities customers or even property taxpayers, but from among the ranks of registered voters. And, as Pasco's elections supervisor Brian Corley notes, "It's not a gray area. Either you're a citizen or you're not a citizen."

[... halt non-citizen voter purge]

DOJ’s written demand came hours after the agency refused to comment on the matter to The Miami Herald. It also followed a federal court ruling Thursday that struck down a Republican voter-registration law that a judge (Clinton appointee Robert Lewis Hinkle) found too onerous.

So far, Florida has flagged 2,700 180,000 suspicious hits, and sent 2,700 to county elections supervisors, who have found the data and methodology to be flawed and problematic (and onerous?). The list of potential noncitizen voters –
many  of whom have turned out to be lawful citizens and voters – disproportionately hits minorities, especially Hispanics (OMFG!).

About 58 percent of those flagged as potential noncitizens are Hispanics, Florida’s largest ethnic immigrant population, a Miami Herald analysis found. Hispanics make up 13 percent of the overall 11.3 million active registered voters.

Independent voters and Democrats are the most likely to face being purged from the rolls. Republicans and non-Hispanic whites are the least likely.

About 58 percent of those flagged as potential noncitizens are Hispanics ... is that all?  I'd have bet money on it being 100%.  Lost in all this is an inarguable fact — "One fraudulent voter is too many."

Bloomberg "iron pipeline' argument debunked

ATF trace reports refute Bloomberg's ‘iron pipeline,’
raise 'Gunwalker' question

Res Ipsa Loquitur

The ATF have released  a report on tracing of recovered firearms encompassing “all individual states and territories for calendar year 2011.”   Lots of caveats, but the data strongly suggest that states like New York, where Mayor Bloomberg use the "iron pipeline' argument (guns from other states circumvent New York's draconian gun laws) are crap.

.The 2011 state and territory reports are posted on the ATF website, and contain representative data from which some general conclusions can nonetheless be derived. A case in point is illustrated in the report for New York, a state with strict gun laws ranked #4 in the nation by the Brady campaign. Mayor Michael Bloomberg is constantly decrying gun laws in other states in an attempt to bring all in line with New York City’s restrictive edicts, and using “flow of guns/iron pipeline” rhetoric to do it. Yet the “time-to-crime” documented in the ATF report shows a New York average of 13.70 years, as opposed to a national average of 11.20 years, suggesting “iron trickle” would be a more appropriate.

The  Brady’s #1-rated California,  #2-ranked New Jersey, #3 Massachusetts, and #5 Hawaii had similar stats (albeit ironically, Hawaii's major supplier of out-of-state traced crime scene guns is none other than top-ranked California!).    Oh- one more thing about the ATF report. Information about the Mexico trace report,  important, particularly in determining if Fast and Furious “gunwalking” operations resulted in an artificially accelerated rate, was missing!

... according to the man who broke the “Gunwalker” story a year and a half ago,  Sources in Washington, DC have told him (blogger and citizen reporter Mike Vanderboegh) that Republican leaders have already decided to close down the Fast and Furious investigation and halt contempt proceedings against Eric Holder, because “they (the GOP leadership) don’t think that they will suffer for [that] failure to follow through. They’re scared of Holder’s race card. . . they’re scared of Trayvon. They think if they let Issa fail, that it will only be a story in the blogosphere for a day . . . that they can weather it. . . .” Unfortunately, Vanderboegh makes it clear that he trusts the word of these sources “implicitly.” [Western Center for Journalism]

RUSH:  ... The unions -- I was gonna get to Scott Walker at some point in the stack, but I might as well touch on it briefly.  There's a couple of stories here in the stack about the unions losing strength in Wisconsin.

"Republican Governor Scott Walker widened his lead over Democrat Tom Barrett to 7percentage points in a new poll."  It's less than a week.  Walker at 52.  Barrett is at 45.

Wall Street Journal:  "Wisconsin Unions See Ranks Drop Ahead of Recall Vote -- Public-employee unions in Wisconsin have experienced a dramatic drop in membership -- by more than half for the second-biggest union -- since a law championed by Republican Gov. Scott Walker sharply curtailed their ability to bargain over wages and working conditions."

This Wisconsin recall election, the Democrats, this is their election.  They demanded this.  It's a recall.  They started it. They wanted it. It was gonna be a proving ground. It was where they were gonna demonstrate the power of unions, public-sector employees.  They were gonna get rid of a Republican governor and his ideas, and the exact worst-case scenario is happening.  The Democrat National Committee has pulled all money out.  They are conceding already.  The big risk in Wisconsin, I'll tell you what it is.  The big risk in Wisconsin is that Walker voters get a sense of complacency, think this is over, and don't show up.  That's the biggest risk right now, and that's what the largest concern is.  But this election that the Democrats demanded, this has considerable ramifications for organized labor.

House rejects bill penalizing doctors for sex-selective abortions

The House on Thursday rejected a Republican bill that would impose fines and prison terms on doctors who perform abortions for the sole purpose of controlling the gender of the child, a practice known as sex-selective abortion.

Red China, until quite recently, restricted families to just one child, and everyone wanted a boy.  So, if a girl was born she quite often had her head summarily smashed against a brick wall. The difference between that practice and sex-selective abortion is one only of degree. It seems to me then that this is a black and white issue, with  no shades of gray.  Obviously though, these Republicans, certainly they who voted and not absented themselves, disagreed.
