A fine cesspool

    Liberal Culture

They own the lead mines from whence come the dinner plates they sell.

They don't know [history] now.  And this is a fundamental change in America. Machines are taking over the world; these Blackberries, or whatever you have in your handsthese iPhones; people can create their own little universe in this bubble, and you don't ever have have to go out of it, and they don't.  And schools don't teach it .
Bill O'Reilly NBC NEWS, June 6, 2014.

Bill Weir is a CNN host, so he's just playing to form. Who knows anymore which of these media lightweights believes in AGW (man caused global warming), or is just too invested in the con to turn tail?   And there's Gov. Moonbeam.

Is he that stupid?  Or is it that he knows the folly of it all, but see Anthropogenic Global Warming as a useful tool to achieve Liberal goals too important for all mankind not to be implemented. Or is it that California Democrats have spent so much taxpayer money (billions) combating phantom AGW (while lining the pocketbooks of favored contractors); and so used so much political capital defending it that there is no way in hell they can recant.  They own the lead mines from whence the dinner plates they sell.

O'Reilly is spot on when it comes to the prole problem.  They all log onto the same moonbeam.  We are so screwed.

Wht the media are despised

The Lynching

"Zimmerman thought pretty reasonably in my opinion that if he didn't act he would indeed die that night which is why the police did not charge in and refused to charge it until the President and Attorney General of the United States brought  overwhelming political pressure in contradiction all the evidence for a prosecution ... ."
[Transcript from 6:50 mark]

Unlike, say me, Bill Whittle has the respect of many of the very lame-streamers who participated in this lynching.  They'll watch, or at least hear suggestions to.  Will any of them apologize for running with the President's media mob?  I doubt it, but all of them will know inside themselves that they're disgraced.  And everybody they know will too.  The President and the AG of course are little more than street punks, and have no conscience.  They're responsible for that too.

Huffington Bans Brietbart

Breitbart banned from front page of Huffington
Post for ‘ad hominem’ attack on Van Jones

Van Jones is a commie punk [Ahem].  He was exposed to a great extent because of the hard journalism that was done at my website, that exposed him as a guy who was an unvetted liability to the Obama administration. He was forced to step down because of my journalistic work.  (Andrew Brietbart)
... despite it being true, and HuffPo history
of printing (actual) ad hominem attacks

  • JFC Arianna - you don't marry them!
The Huffington Post published an article by actor John Cusack in November 2005 that called Republicans “a league of bastards” and said that Iraq war supporters “are human scum.”
  • Harvard Law professor Alan Dershowitz wrote an article appearing on The Huffington Post a day after the death of Supreme Court Chief Justice William Rehnquist in September 2005. Dershowitz wrote that Rehnquist “started out his political career as a Republican thug” and that “Rehnquist’s judicial philosophy was result-oriented, activist, and authoritarian.”
  • “Cheney is a terrorist. He terrorizes our enemies abroad and innocent citizens here at home indiscriminately,” wrote actor Alec Baldwin in February 2006.
  • Baldwin wrote in a subsequent post, “I want to apologize to all of the readers of this blog for referring to Vice President Cheney as a terrorist… How about something more measured, then? How about… a lying, thieving Oil Whore. Or, a murderer of the US Constitution?” -  ETC.ETC

Mike Malloy need pills.

Did I say "rabid dogs?"

..    you ought to be there planning your father's funeral, Liz [Cheney], because I'm sure all the nation's bigwigs, especially the Republicans are going to fall all over themselves to worship in front of his coffin. Liberal wing-nut Mike Malloy

Jebuz Malloy, you assclown, leave some histrionic on the table.  You'd think Cheney was Ted Kennedy or sumpin', instead of the best vice president the nation ever had. . This comes three months after he told his listeners that he hoped former Vice President Dick Cheney would die in the hospital. [NewsBusters]

We believe in the First Amendmnet sometimes

Two left boobs
- and a right one, but who's counting?

WJLA General Mgr. Bill Lord used to be best known for showing nipplage on-air, in a transparent sweeps-week "Breast Exam"  ploy.

Now he's best known for being the boob who exposed  his own left-wing sycophancy by firing veteran anchor Doug McKelway for saying this:

[This demonstration  largely representing far-left environmental groups] may be a risky strategy because the one man who has more campaign contributions from BP than anybody else in history is now sitting in the Oval Office, President Barack Obama, who accepted $77,051 in campaign contributions from BP  ...

...  the Senate is unlikely to pass "cap-and-trade" legislation this year, because Democrats are looking at the potential for huge losses in Congress come the midterm elections. And the last thing they want to do is propose a huge escalation in your electric bill, your utility bill, before then.

Ailes v. Huffington

 Slam, Bam, Thank you Ma'am

Guesting on the Roundtable on ABC News’ Sunday Morning Talk Show This Week (video from ABC below), Fox News President Roger Ailes defended Glenn Beck from an attack by Huffington Post co-founder Arianna Huffington.

Here is a transcript of a portion of that segment:

HUFFINGTON: Well, Roger, it’s not a question of picking a fight. And aren’t you concerned about the language that Glenn Beck is using, which is, after all, inciting the American people? There is a lot of suffering out there, as you know, and when he talks about people being slaughtered, about who is going to be the next in the killing spree…

AILES: Well, he was talking about Hitler and Stalin slaughtering people. So I think he was probably accurate. Also, I’m a little….

HUFFINGTON: No, no, he was talking about this administration [Emphasis added].

AILES: I don’t — I think he speaks English. I don’t know, but I mean, I don’t misinterpret any of his words.

Ailes is so Huffington's superior.

Merry Christmas. Not you Donk.

Obama Lap Dogs To The Very End

Following Senate passage of the most destructive legislation in U.S. history, the White House press secretary substituted a stand-up comedy act in place of a briefing — and no reporter seemed to mind.

"What color are your socks today?" Gibbs asked one member of the press corps. Then it was on to the reporter "with the snappy blue tie and hopefully darker socks," as Gibbs described his attire.

Not long after that came a (ignored) question that must have kept C-SPAN junkies on the edge of their seats: "Does the president support Senator Akaka's native Hawaiian government reorganization act, creating a native Hawaiian government within the state of Hawaii?"

There were jokes about cell phones going off — "Is somebody ordering a pizza?" Gibbs asked — and of equipment being noisily dropped — "Careful ... this room isn't paid for!" said Gibbs. "This is just a rental!" But there were no serious questions about what is contained in Congress' worst-ever piece of legislation, rammed through in the middle of the night on a party-line vote.

What, for instance, does the president think about Democrats adding last-minute language that changes rules so parts of their bill may not be repealed by majority vote in future Congresses? (ignored) - [IBD Editorial]

I watched a Hitler Channel deal last night about how the photographed horror of Gettysburg dead affected Lincoln, and the nation.  I have no illusions about civil war hell, but I will encourage it a thousand times before agreeing to live under this current regime.  I would rather go down smiting, then hiding from the Obamunist SS.  Now, on to Egg-Nog. Changing my heart to love here boss.

As media continue to cite turmoil within the Republican Party, this from Democrat Media Complex associate ABC.

'09 Exit Polls: Voters Approve of Obama, Wary of Economy

Discontent Voters Heavily Favored Republicans in VA, NJ Races

Vast economic discontent marked the mood of Tuesday's off-year voters, portending potential trouble for incumbents generally and Democrats in particular in 2010. Still the gubernatorial elections in Virginia and New Jersey looked less like a referendum on Barack Obama than a reflection of their own candidates and issues.

Sir Beck

Glenn Beck Arrives

What we have here is an example of negative thinking by TIME, Inc.,wot?  The lefty mag's 2004 hatchet job on Limbo was titled "Is Rush GOOD for America?" Now it's "Is Beck BAD for America?"  Sheesh.  Of course this focus by left media only serves to confer  knighthood  on the subject, for exceptionally effective service to his nation.  Beck joins Limbaugh of course, Sarah Palin (Death Panel, and Rep. Joe Wilson in derailing well laid plans of conquest by the forces of evil.  In a fortnight Beck has been largely responsible for ousting racist Green Czar Van Jones, and now breaking the back of Obama's version of the , ACORN. We honor you, Sir Glenn! So does TIME.

As an aside, Limbo in 2004 suggested TIME might better serve the nation with this cover
Take your pick from a cast of hundreds
.  Indeed.

Stewart gets one right

Sometimes you feel like a nut
John Stewart ridicules the media for completely missing the ACORN story.  Thumbs up because I know people (ahem) who get 100% of their news and opinion from the Daily Show.  Ought be epiphanic to realize Katie, et al, don't report bad news for the Democrats.  Especially since  their father has been saying it for years.
I do, however, have a quibble with Stewart saying that ACORN voter fraud allegations didn't pan out.

Clown Franken X 2

Which Franken is the Klown?
subplot: ratbastard liberal censorship
I was careful about details while making this video that juxtaposes Al Franken playing a clown senator at confirmation hearings for two SCOTUS nominees, because detail was important.  At lower bandwidth the sound sync tends to distort, and everything else gets  fuzzy.  I submitted it to YouTube, and within three minutes (no exaggeration) got this E-mail.   In a few days I'll resubmit it with the title, "Why Obama is right, and the Right is wrong," and see if it sticks.

Your video, Which Franken is Playing a Clown Senator?, may have content that is owned or licensed by NBC Universal.

No action is required on your part; however, if you are interested in learning how this affects your video, please visit the Content ID Matches section of your account for more information.

Sincerely,
- The YouTube Team

So, the 60 second clip from SNL is a copyright violation?  I guess that means no more Fair Use of newspaper articles, or snippets of "Stranded in the Jungle," or Woody Woodpecker?  It looks like Waxman and the Democrats have already chilled the First Amendment, with the mere  threat of controlling internet content. In this instance I'm able to host it myself (thank you Pay Pal people), albeit not in the glorius Cinerama I intended.  Every day a little more fun is drained from our lives.  Pretty soon we'll all be humorless liberal zombies.  Or Wolverine.

Assassinating Sarah

Maureen Dowd does too stink

I don't see this as a Sarah Palin story so much as a story about the Democratic Media Complex tradition of assassinating with lie, innuendo, and slander any conservative leader who they deem a future Ronald Reagan capable of winning theWhite House.  Quayle, Newt, and any number of other lesser upstarts  have been cut down in recent times, and Sarah is the latest victim.

In covering her resignation, the WaPost headlined, "Once Again, An Enigma Plays It by Her Rules."  Any conservative who gathers a political following is an enigma to Liberals, but ciphers like Obama are embraced, even sought after for their lack of a public record.  This Breitbart article  is a terrific insight into that process. [excerpted from New York Times Barbie strikes again
For those who didn't pay attention, Mrs. Palin's unexpected stratospheric rise as a national political figure threatened the media's preordained presidency of Barack Obama.

In light of how the Obama machine took down Hillary Clinton, which unsettled many feminists who believed 2008 was their time, many who saw sexism at play - the destruction of an ascendant Republican female icon was an urgent imperative for the Democratic Party.

In conjunction with the laws of political correctness as perfected by the Democratic Media Complex, it would take prominent women to take down an unlikely and unexpected conservative feminist symbol that threatened to steal away Mrs. Clinton's votes from the Chosen One.

While the vanquished then-senator from New York conspicuously removed herself from this task - going so far as praising Sen. John McCain's running mate as "a very composed and effective debater" - a trio of media partisans, each with a unique skill set, rose to the task of tearing down Sarah Palin.

Misses Dowd, Couric and Fey - Obama's Angels (featuring Joy Behar in the role of "Bosley") - used a potent mix of mockery, snobbery and vitriol to undermine Mrs. Palin's feminist bona fides.

They are what my wife calls "pad throwers," an allusion to the shower room scene in the Stephen King film "Carrie," in which the popular girls throw sanitary napkins and tampons at the film's namesake.

Simply put, they are bullies. And female bullies - "Mean Girls" as Miss Fey's film calls them - are the cruelest kind.

[continued]
Miss Dowd's attempted takedown of Mrs. Palin is less skillful surgery than it is name calling using fun noun and adjective pairings. Think "Mad Libs." And, that's exactly what Misses Dowd, Couric and Fey are. Once the ladies did their job, liberal men like Jon Stewart and David Letterman had the cover to join the hate campaign.
