"Reporters overheard on politico live stream speculating before Romney event that there is "a 40% chance that he says something stupid."

But First-

Ahem
This is yet one more example of just how childish and unprofessional these partisans disguised as "objective" reporters are -- and it gives you a hint of what Romney's been up against throughout this entire campaign. Not just from the likes of BuzzFeed, and they're bad enough, but from a media atmosphere so stacked against Romney and in favor of Obama that anyone pretending to be an "objective" journalist can feel comfortable popping off like this. - John Nolte on Brietbart

In itself ridiculous, given that Coppins and the rest of those blowhards have been listening to the Barry and Biden gaffe parade these past four years.  I do love  John Nolte's observation though. The media are so enthralled  by Obama that some may slit wrists when he loses 40+ states next week.  May they rest in peace and forgive me my Schadenfreudal tap dance afterwards.

The official story surrounding the events of September 11, 2012 in Bengzahi, Libya which left four Americans dead, has now officially fallen apart.

After numerous flips and flops by the Obama administration, which originally attempted to paint the incident as a Muslim outcry over an anti-Islamic video, whistle blowers throughout the U.S. government, including within the White House, the State Department, national intelligence agencies and the U.S.military have made available stunning details that suggest not only did operational commanders have live visual and audio communications from drones overhead and intelligence assets on the ground, but that some commanders within the military were prepared to go-it-alone after being told to "stand down."

Africom commanding officer U.S. General Carter Ham, after being ordered to essentially surrender control of the situation to alleged Al Queda terrorists and let Americans on the ground die, made the unilateral decision to ignore orders from the Secretary of Defense and activated special operations teams at his disposal for immediate deployment to the area.

According to reports, once the General went rogue he was arrested within minutes by his second in command and relieved of duty
. [MORE]

This story is in a state of flux.  Here's two comments to that article

Sooo what this article states to me, is that General Ham didn’t select a second in command that was loyal to him...
but instead was a drone in the collective..

Ham may have assumed democrat functionary’s can be loyal..
On the other hand Ham may be a democrat himself..

HAm was not in charge.. he didn’t know his men.. or HIS situation..
Seems pretty much the case with Petreaus as well..
Zero like Clintoon has seemed to salt traitors in the ranks.. maybe even George Bush.. Remember Bush KEPT most of Clintoons lawyers at the Justice Department..

Little doubt the Chiefs of Staff are functional Marxists too.. like the Cabinet..

Zero just may have critical mass met for a Coup D’Etat..
He also OWNS the FBI, NSA, CIA, and BATF... supported by a corrupt Justice Department.. Plus Zero OWNS the Unions meaning the Police, Firefighters and Teachers.. in most all States..

A Coup D’Etat is possible.. assuming it hasn’t happened ALREADY..
It’s possible Romney is the same cabals Plan “B” in case Zero totally screws up.. and causes the sheeple to STAMPEDE..

I am ready to stampede NOW.. in ways already have.. (metaphorically)..

and

Sounds good.

But get back to me when there is documentation of an actual “arrest” of a U.S. Army General.

Under UCMJ disobeying orders would not cause an arrest of military personnel other than a superior officer ordering that the service member be relieved of duty.

Fog of war.  Something happened, but count on some of these details being altered.  Still - I am not surprised.  It's seemed, to me anyway,  that Obama has been trying to provoke us. He may just have.

I'm Back in Power

Je suis de retour (I hefe-a retooned Swedish )

Res Ipsa Loquitor

Well that tweren't so bad.  Only 15 hours exactly before power was restored.

For much of that time I only had my battery radio, and my little laptop to keep me amused,  I always learn stuff from radio in the middle of the night- when I could find a station not doing hurricane hysteria.  For instance, did you know that in his 8 years as president, G.W.  Bush created and signed 64 Executive Orders? And that in his 40 months,  Obama has created and signed 920 E.O.s?  That's nine-hundred- twenty folks, and almost all of them usurpations of the legislative branch. Which ties in nicely with my theory that Obama was imposed on us for the direct purpose of removing the last barrier to the New Word Order.  By assuming congressional prerogatives (while a democrat congress allowed it), he is just one strategic appointment to the SCOTUS away  from accomplishing his mission.

After a fashion (Savage Nation had me insane), all this sort of thing wore on me. I was already then in a fragile state of mind, sitting here in the dark (MoSup flew off to France).  My little lap notebook was fully charged (3½ hours),  but without internet I could only play solitaire, or read downloaded books.  I only had two, and one of them was My Secret Life.  Reading that proved not to be a good idea because I was already in a state, and 20 or 100 pages nearly finished me off.

Right now I'm making coffee and toasting a bagel.  Mo Sup is home from France.

HEE HAW Sobani

Maryland HEE-HAW

James H. "Jack" Pollack  was a Baltimore democrat kingmaker well into the 1960s.  Best known for an ability to bribe judges and get them elected, he was much admired,  I'm not kidding.  One of his favorite ploys was this.

Let's say a Pollack democrat named  Carl Bacharach faced a strong challenge from a man named  Harry C. Jones.  Pollack would find men named Harry R. Jones, Harry T. Jones. and Harry Q. Jones and  put them  on the ballot.

This year, Senate democrat incumbent Ben Cardin faces sharp competition from Dan Bongino.  Then this summer, I mean June-July, television ads began for complete unknown "Independent," Rob Sobhani.  We're talking blanket $$$ television, which continue yet.

My first thought was of
Jack Pollack.  He's dead,  but Maryland carries on the tradition.  Does Sobhani have a chance to win?  No.  But he will definitely dilute the Bongino vote.  Yesterday I found this in the local rag, and I reproduce it for the record.  Sobani may just be someone with more money than brains, but the whole thing stinks of Jack Pollack-tics.

Res Ipsa LoquitorOut of nowhere, Rob Sobhani, is running for U.S. Senate as an Independent, with a claim that Republicans and Democrats can’t work together.

Here’s a guy that no one knows and all of sudden TV ads and highway signs everywhere. Why is Sobhani running? Reviewing what’s available, one does not get an answer, but a lot more questions.

I learned that he has no real followers. His signature process to get on the ballot has been questioned for its validity. He says he “hit the jackpot.” He consults with oil interests in the Middle East and has written a book extolling the king of Saudi Arabia. He likes to emphasize that he was born in Kansas. I learned that he ran for Congress twice as a Republican and finished badly in each primary. He claims he will bring in $5.5 billion in investment in Maryland during his first term as senator or he won’t run again. He has spent over $4 million in about two months. Those are the facts.

So, we have a candidate who sounds like a Democrat big spender, has failed as a Republican, and who nobody knows. We have an ex-professor, self-proclaimed Middle East expert, who claims he “hit the jackpot” and who says he can bring $5.5 billion to Maryland without taxes?

Maryland voters need to connect the dots. No known political support, Middle East ties, “jackpot,” $4 million spending in two months. Is a successful businessman really spending his own money on a 1,000 to 1 chance to win? Maryland voters deserve to know what is the real purpose of Sobhani’s candidacy for Senate.

In Defense of English Civilization

                   Res Ipsa Loquitor Ruling Class

Res Ipsa Loquitor

The new ruling class is a coalition of politicians, bureaucrats, educators, lawyers, media

If we want to win the battle for this country, we need to take advice from the Marxists. These are people whose ends were evil where not impossible. But they were experts in the means to their ends. They knew more than we have ever thought about the seizure and retention of power. If, therefore, we ever achieve a government of conservatives and seek to bring about the irreversible transfer of power to ordinary people, we should take to heart what  Marx said in 1871 after the failure of the Paris Commune
people, and associated business interests that draws income and status from an enlarged and activist state. It does not own the means of production but is content merely to control them. Its general desire is to avoid the entanglements that destroyed the old ruling class.

State-sponsored mass immigration has been the most obvious evidence of this desire. Filling the country with people of different colors and with different ways, which do not like each other, and do not like and are not liked by the natives, is ideal Balkanization. But one of the purposes of political correctness is also to divide the native population—women against men, homosexuals against Christians, and so forth.

Of course this conforms nicely with what's been going on in the United States since ... a while.  A longer while than we probably imagine.  The real interesting part is that these excerpts were gleaned from an article having nothing, ostensibly, to do with the United States.  In Defense of English Civilization.  But is has everything to do with us, as well.  Food for thought anyway.

I AM A RACIST- And So Are You

YOU ARE A RACIST
Me Too
Her Price- A Free Cell Phone

Racial attitudes have not improved in the four years since the United States elected its first black president, an Associated Press poll finds Those views could cost President Barack Obama votes as he tries for re-election.
Martin Luther King defined today's operative word— "judging not by their character, but by the color of their skin."  So when I read "AP poll: Majority harbor prejudice against blacks," it was a "duh" moment for me.  Because I am a racist by definition.  And so are you.  And so are a statistical 100% of Americans, I'll wager..

Today's New York Times makes my point.

WHEN African-Americans go to the polls next week, they are likely to support Barack Obama at a level approaching the 95 percent share of the black vote he received in 2008. As well they should, given the symbolic exceptionalism of his presidency and the modern Republican Party’s utter disregard for economic justice, civil rights and the social safety net.

It is nigh impossible today to look at a person with black skin and not make an assumption about political character.   If they voted, or will vote, it will be for Obama.  It's a virtual statistical certainty.  That doesn't mean I would discriminate against blacks by, say, refusing to patronize their businesses.  It could factor into a hiring decision— if  good decision making skills were critical.

But Democrats are worse.  When they see a black skin, they see a commodity called "where the votes are." If black skin is worn by a person voicing support for the GOP, that person is deemed to have violated the franchise agreement, and will be set upon like a pig that wandered into at a Moslem wedding party (See Herman Cain, for one).

Ours, here, is not racism in the traditional sense; it's a manifestation of thinking man. We notice things. For Democrats however, racism is a tool.  Always has been.

The coveted NYT Endorsement- LOL

Barack Obama for Re-Election

Res Ipsa Loquitor

I've truly been waiting for this, the New York Times's endorsement of Obama for reelection, which arrives on Manhattan doorsteps on the morrow.  I couldn't wait to see what possible justification they would, or could come up with this time—for recommending yet  another voyage on the political equivalent of the Titanic. I did know it would a doozy.  It had to be.  While entirely predictable, it is that.

Mitt Romney, the former governor of Massachusetts, has gotten this far with a guile that allows him to say whatever he thinks an audience wants to hear. But he has tied himself to the ultraconservative forces that control the Republican Party and embraced their policies, including reckless budget cuts and 30-year-old, discredited trickle-down ideas.

Sometimes silence is its own reward, and the sharpest sword. .

Somalians Voting in Ohio?

A source, who wishes to remain anonymous, is a volunteer outside the Morse Road polling center.  She has witnessed Somalis who cannot speak English come to the polling center. They are brought in groups, by van or bus. The Democrats hand them a slate card and say, “vote Brown all the way down.” Given that Sherrod Brown is the incumbent Democrat Senator in Ohio, one can assume that this is the reference.

It is galling though to see the Ohio election in the hands of Somalia imports.  They, from  maybe the most radical (and utterly worthless) Moslem country in the world. Ohio Democrats: Res Ipsa Loquitor.

There is no third possibility.

It is also unquestionable that Obama has lied at every juncture of Benghazi, and continues to this day.

Texas Warns UN, Hillary Warns Texas

Greg Abbot
Picture originally a screen cap from "The Second Civil War"

The “observers” will in part be looking for voter fraud and suppression activities by conservative groups. They’re only monitoring conservatives because nobody on the other side of the political spectrum has been busted in a voter fraud scam since, oh… Wednesday.

Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott has warned a group of UN-affiliated “international election observers” that they could be subject to criminal prosecution if they breach state laws by being within 100 feet of polling place entrances.

That, I think, is a more than reasonable, even humane action on Abbott's part.  He could after all have (accurately) warned that "UN-affiliated “international election observers will be shot on sight, as enemy infiltrators  during time of war" .  The Obamas of course think Blue Helmets prancing about the country are a great idea..

The US State Department issued a warning as well. No, not to the election observers — to Texas:

International election observers planning to visit Texas polling places have “full immunity” from being arrested in the United States, the State Department said when discussing a letter from the Texas Attorney General.

Full story from the good Michelle (Malkin)

It's very heartening to see that somebody in a position of authority recognizes the threat posed by this, at best blasé, attitude about U.N. interference in our affairs.  Another thing.   It would be a great  gesture, and clear signal on his part, if President Romney replaced Eric Holder with Mr. Abbot, or someone with his disposition.  I don't (sorry Helly and Alear) expect he will however.  I'm still seeing Nelson Rockefeller when I look at him.  I desperately hope I'm mistaken however.

Just read today's Washington Post. Nothing on the front page. Did a word search, a brief mention about 3 weeks ago. Shameful. The media is going to pay for the last 5 years propping Obama up...and this...THIS is unbelievable that they are tamping down on a story of such importance. What I want to know is WHY the Ambassador was set up, and that is exactly what it looks like, even if you just look at the little bit out that's available on the web. To me, and of course, I'm guessing like everybody else that cares, it looks like the Egyptian Brotherhood was going to kidnap the Ambassador in exchange for the Blind Sheik. Those two heroes that finally ignored the stand down order JUST GOT IN THE WAY of a planned kidnapping. Gee, ya think Obama had something to do with this? Oh, and by the way, we might not have to guess if the MEDIA DID IT'S JOB.

Other comments
  • IF George Bush had done these things, what else would be on the front pages but this before the election?
  • There is something beneath this story of such profound significance that they are going to such extremes to hide the truth. What was it? A gun running operation?

Now that it's all over for the Obamas, look for CBS's Sixty Minutes, which has assiduously avoided any negative reporting on Obama, to start getting on the record (just as they did with Bill Clinton after he'd been impeached).

What Real Pollsters Do

On Polls - Good Bad and Ugly From A Campaign Warrior
Part 1, What Real Pollsters Do

Res Ipsa Loquitor

First, let me lay out the difference between pollsters who want the truth and those who want to drive news cycles for media clients. Most of the best Democrat and GOP pollsters are people you have scantly heard about because their clients are not news outlets, but are instead campaigns, party committees and outside groups who need to target their spending and messaging.

For example, a veteran GOP pollster told me once that he never polls the South or certain Midwestern states on Wednesday. The reason is because prayer groups and or Wednesday congregation will automatically cause an under sampling of his client’s core supporters.

None of these firms do media polls. Rarely will they release their results publicly unless it is to counter a series of poorly done media polls at the client’s request. They are paid to be accurate and to tell the truth. Being on MSNBC or Fox is not how they make their living. It is no coincidence that most of these guys, Democrat or Republican generally come back with almost identical numbers when they go in the field at the same time. Why do you think the two POTUS campaigns schedule their stops in the same state? Both campaigns have roughly the same numbers on a nightly basis. Lying to your client could cost said pollster work down the road, especially if the sunshine pumping causes decisions that lead to a loss. An old pollster friend has told me many times in races – they (the Dems) see the same thing we do.

Over the years a number of today's media rock stars cut their teeth on Free Republic.  Ann Coulter and News Busters' Mark Finkelstein come immediately to mind. This chap, "GOPFlack" may join them,  based on this work.  Of course it's possible that this is Karl Rove, working sub rosa, but no matter.

About 50,000 radio tracking devices have been distributed to homes in Anne Arundel County -

“Under what conceivable reason would I want anyone looking at my trash that closely?” Morrison said. “I don’t like the idea of our government monitoring us like this.”
including to a residence on Bay Street in Pasadena.

But when county trucks came to Candy Morrison’s home to deliver bright yellow bins, she told workers to take hers away.

She doesn’t want one.

Not after she learned the chips, known as RFIDs, can be used to transmit information about recyclables from each address. [Full Horror]

The county's response is more bizarre

To activate the chips, the county must purchase a computer system to collect and store the data. Also “readers” must be installed on collection trucks to identify the cans.

Diehl said the county has no plans at this time to activate the chips.

“Right now, they’re useless,” he said. “It’s just another part of the container, no more invasive than the handle or the wheel.”

So, the county spent a trillion dollars on recycle bins with radio monitors, but the radios are not activated and the county have no intention to do so.  Welcome to Maryland.
